I had some extensive wounds from an accident. Some pretty deep avulsions and abrasions. I had to have visiting nurses come in to evaluate the wounds and change the dressing 3 times a week. I did it myself on their off days. These bandages kept the wounds dry and absorbed the goo that seeped from them. I honestly feel they helped the wounds heal faster. The best part was they absolutely did not stick to the wound itself and were painless to remove. It made me wonder where these things have been all my life! When I think of how perfect these would have been for all the skinned knees and elbows my kids had growing up, these would have been so perfect! No gauze dressings that you carefully had to pull off their boo boos, not having to worry about keeping it dry or coming off. I almost bought a box for everyone I know for Christmas!

This a great bandage for wounds ,however it does not last all day and it's not quite waterproof. It will start to peel off after 8 hrs. But this still was better than a regular bandage. I required 2 a day. One for the day and one for the night. But overall well worth the protection it does provide.

Update: Seller reached out with full refund offer unsolicited. I would still be careful with sensitive/delicate skin and wounds. I would recommend for acne as it pulls well.Orginial post:These arrived well packaged and sealed. They seemed just as good as my expensive store brand. I cleaned the area as usual and applied one of the bandages. It was left on for 2.5 days. During this time it was comfortable and adhered well. After 2.5 days I decided to change the dressing. I started to gentle pull it off my skin but it wouldn't come off! It was stuck on. I had to use first alcohol then coconut oil. The glue wouldnt release and seemed embedded. Ive never had this before. Finally after tugging it off I was left with very irrated skin and a 4 x 4 square area around my 1" wound of glue that took over 24 hours to finally remove. Now I will say it didn't stick badly to the wound...that would be unforgivable...seriously. But it was a painful scary situation that could cause problems if that glue gets in my wound...which of course it did...so yep not using these again. Might be just me or the type of skin/wound I have. I have an undiagnosed irritated area on my nipple that I'm waiting to see a doctor for. I do have sensitive skin and regular bandages sometimes irrate me....so it could be me. Yet the glue staying on my skin, around my wound, after it has been forcibly removed is not ok. That is one of the reasons I bought these. Protect my wound and the surrounding area.So these did NOT work for me. I will be returning. I would not recommend.

I am very impressed by these bandages. I used it at the beach to cover my injured toenail. I was able to cut it up in strips and wrap my toe. It kept my toe clean from sand and dry from the water even though I sat with my feet in the water all day. It was practically glued to me when I tried to remove it at night.

One of my dogs had an issue with her tail. It was a hot spot that got infected. I took her to the vet and they provided antibiotics. About 2 weeks later though, a portion of her tail fell off!! Took her to the vet again and they said it was a clean amputation and that it should heal. If it didn't to bring her back and they would do a partial amputation which costs $$$.I tried treating it with the products the vet suggested. Just as soon as it would start to heal, I would leave the house for a few hours and she would pull of cone and lick it causing bleeding. I decided to try these pads after trying the Equate Brand ones. I needed something larger, so these fit the bill. About 2 weeks later, she is completely healed. No issues, no bleeding, no pain. These are a LIFESAVER. I'm going to order another box just to keep on hand. At times, I was able to keep them on for several days without the need to change.Now she is running around again, with a nub tail but it's still super cute. Not only that but it doesn't bother her anymore.
