Amazing when you have a sore throat or tickly / chesty cough. It kind of coats the throat in what I’d describe as a thick, grainy honey. I had to use a knife to stir it initially as it wouldn’t pour out due to how thick it was.I would 100% recommend this & have brought more than once anyway & I will buy again for sure.
