Not enough bass and not quite loud enough. Which is surprising for speakers that are literally millimeters from my ears, but here I am. Really, my exhaust is probably the issue here, I think they're plenty loud enough for any stock exhaust. Only using for media playback, can't really speak to the call quality.

I've been riding with this for about 3 months now and it's awesome. The music sounds great for the price. Battery life is great, been using it for 2 weeks and still has 40%. When I'm on a call it sounds perfect with no wind noise. It will be a little tricky to install but very worth the time. I do wish the cables from the controller and the speaker were a little shorter but that's just me. All around if you want to enjoy riding more, buy yourself some

I ordered several others and they did not work or were not loud enough. This one works great easy to iunderstand setup, and is plenty loud. GREAT WIRELESS HEADSET HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.BOBUSMC RETIRED

Rode with it daily. When it worked it was great. Not the best audio quality but I didn't expect it.I ride in all weather conditions and after 1 month it stopped charging.Replaced it with a cardo and never looking back

This headset arrived in a full-color custom box. The box contained a molded plastic tray holding the headset, accessories and a thick instruction booklet.This headset appears to be a well-constructed and sturdy product. I wasn't sure what to expect from this device, as the price point is affordable. Spoiler: It turns out this is a deal.While I've only tapped the most basic of it's functionality, this is a night-and-day difference over my prior headset and running a cord directly from a cellphone. I didn't expect this level of quality.I'm happy with this headset solely for being able to hear directions, let alone everything else it can do. It also appears to hold a charge nicely, which is a plus. I'm most looking forward to testing this when two up or in a group.All in all, I'm pleased with this product. Should my experience with it change in the future, I'll update the review.Update (2024-08-06):Would you believe this unit has remained charged? Cons - I wish the cords were more durable. It would be nice to have full voice control and automatic music dampening when using the intercom or phone. Perhaps outside the scope of this device, Google Maps won't start navigation via voice only commands. Of more important note, the longer wired speaker does not work. The rating has been reduced to two stars.Note on all headsets - I'd prefer a headset that can be mostly controlled via voice. It isn't pragmatic or safe to attempt pushing buttons while riding or having to stop, remove your helmet (and possibly gloves) to change a setting. Automatic music dampening/muting while talking/using the intercom would be a nice feature.Note: At the time of this update, other units with comparable features have become available for lower pricing.Update (2024-08-13):I reached out to the seller, who responded quickly and provided replacement components for the headset. Sound now emits from both speakers. Kudos to a company who supports their product! It's appreciated. The rating has been returned to the original score, plus a bonus half-star for great customer service - Thank you!
