Honestly, this item rated a *. But from other reviews, which say the smell is strong, probably my two bottles were just defective. I looked to see if they were past the expiration date and they weren't. The hole seemed large enough, but perhaps it wasn't. I can't return them because of the stay-at-home order. So I do want to put on record that my order was not usable. Almost no smell of any sort - the faintest. I did not even open the second bottle, expecting more of the same. Maybe the company or someone will take notice and be extra-careful in the future.

Really like this inhaler was looking for something else and got this when I couldn’t find it. Clears up sinus congestion very quickly and inhaler lasts for a long time. Keep it on my nightstand for nighttime congestion.

Both dirt and hair visible on product, again intended for insertion into nasal cavity. This item appears previously used. Absolutely disgusting.
