Found these on a website for caregivers and gave it a shot. We have been trying multiple different overnight underwear for my elderly mother and have not found ones to be entirely absorbent throughout the night. She really likes these , said that they are very comfortable and have a bit of a sponge like feel, and seem to be the most absorbent of all of the ones over-the-counter that we have bought to date. I would definitely suggest them for caregivers of elderly or anyone with incontinence issues.

I like that this brief took a lot of liquid b4 it even came close to leaking. I wore it sitting down, standing, and moving around . No extra pads were needed. If you're sitting down and cause restricted flow it's going to be forced out the sides and back. This happen when I sat on the edge of the bed to potty for the 3rd time and it was really full so it's good to know what it takes to keep urself dry and safe from leaks when going out and about. No more close calls and leaking on ur shoes . This diaper was a life changing gift for me. I recommend it highly.

I was hoping that this product would be as adversited. Very disappointed. Fit is horrible, sides are wide and droopy. Nothing like advertised.

I am disabled… I have RA & Osteoporosis along with several other medical conditions. I am only 62, After my cancer surgery my doctor sent me for tests where they discovered I had arthritis. Didn’t think much of it as aches & pains came with my laborious job. A few years later I was unable to walk due to osteoporosis, I need something to wear in case I can’t get to the bathroom in time. So I bought these. NEVER again! They fit HOWEVER they keep slipping down & if you go to pull them up the top portion is so thin it rips the diaper. Very uncomfortable & very embarrassing. I will not buy them ever again! That’s was my experience
