Decent enough set, at a price...
Arrives in a colourful box, nice eye-catching exterior for youngsters.Once opened, the different parts just contained in separate bags was a bit of a disappointment however.Perhaps I'm harking back to my own childhood with this stuff, when a set like this would be supplied with a tray liner... all the bits located in their own little compartments for easy sorting after you dismantle it, instead of non-resealable plastic bags. The lego set itself is what you would expect, and the nature of this particular selection would fit in nicely which many other sets out there. As a kid I know I would have been happy to receive ANY addition to my existing lego, so that's not a problem. At a couple of pence shy of £50 however, it's not good enough for what you get frankly (unless I've missed something obvious, like a discount voucher for surveyors fees to build the things in the first place). It's a through-gritted-teeth 4-Stars rating from me, simply based on the longevity of lego.If you manage to keep all the parts together, they can be passed down the family for future generations to enjoy (as we did with our sets).

Great for budding architects
This Lego selection allows you to be creative and create buildings of difference sizes and designs. The instructions are easy to follow if you chose to follow them. This selection is good value for money and the pieces are good quality.

Perfect set for all ages!
My nine year old has recently got in to Lego. This set appealed as it has the build instructions for some of the houses but also ideas to design your own builds. My daughter has sat and played with this for hours! The house builds are simple to build with easy to follow picture steps. There are six different builds with instructions an each is in its own numbered pieced bag. There are also some ideas at the back of the book for your own builds. My daughter loves the big rainbow house at the back so is going to attempt that one next with no instructions.Out of all the Lego sets we’ve had my daughter has played with this the most. It’s so much more versatile and she enjoys making up little role plays with her small toys once built.Highly recommend!
