As a foreigner living in the UK, I can be a bit overwhelmed by all the testing: Cognitive Assessments, A Levels, GCSEs, etc. This workbook helps 6 and 7 year olds prepare for the 11+, which is an exam some British 11 and 12 year olds sit. It seems rather far in advance to start practicing, right? Well, many children-- my own, included-- undergo some kind of standardised testing every single year so it didn't seem like a bad idea to get started early.This particular workbook focuses on Non-verbal Reasoning, which is tested not only in the 11+ exams but also in CAT Tests.This notebook arrived in pristine condition. I have included many photos to give you an idea of what is included.The pages are printed on paper that is quite thin, so as you'll see in my photos, a faint "ghost" of an image from the reverse page can be faintly seen. I really like the layout of the CGP books for both adult and child. I find them really user-friendly for both of us and easy to follow along.
