New favorite product as a postpartum momma and CPT! I love how this has everything we need and then some. It has your fish oil and multivitamin plus a beauty and mood support blend to help combat hair and skin changes from the hormone drop post-birth and to better support those swings in your mood as your body is working towards homeostasis again. I no longer have to spend money on 4-5 different supplements, this conveniently has them all packaged together to grab and go daily.

I took the Perlel pregnancy vitamins as well. I have transitioned to the post partum and yes I will continue to take them. I have had no hair loss post partum (now 12 weeks) in fact my hair growth is great! my skin is great. Plus my mood is great. My iron and vitamin levels have stayed good taking them. Plus I’m a breastfeeding Mama so I need the extra nutrients. Taste is fine, they are easy to take but, they smell awful. They are stinky vitamins. Maybe that’s what makes them effective? I saw they are worth the money.

I love that these are individually packaged, making it super convenient to grab just what I need when I’m in a hurry. They’re also designed specifically for postpartum moms so I know I’m getting exactly what I need for this stage of life.

Not safe for breastfeeding mothers!!False advertising company.My OB told me this vitamin is not safe for breastfeeding due to lack of research on Ashwaganda and L-Theanine. Company also told me they changed their product to no longer having Ashwaganda in it but it’s still listed in the ingredients when received in person. They state L-Theanine is safe but it’s not. I would like other mothers to be aware. This may be a good vitamin but my baby’s safety always comes first.

Started these right away postpartum. I’m now 8 weeks and 100% believe these have kept me from the hair loss I experienced with my last two postpartum experiences. My energy, mood and skin are great also. Love the packaging instead of the multiple pill bottles. Also isn’t hard on the stomach for me. I may be obsessed and am now subscribed.Yeah they have a fishy smell and taste. But it doesn’t bother me! Just take it with juice or flavored water if you need to.I highly recommend giving these a try!

You take one packet of 5 pills per day. Which makes it incredibly easy. I don’t have to think about it especially post partum. I can also just grab a packet and put it in my purse to take on the go!All of the pills are small and easy to take. I have felt more energized and like I have more mental clarity!

I took Perelel’s vitamins throughout my whole pregnancy and was so pleased and impressed with the comprehensive packets. After birth, I honestly wanted to see if I could save a little money and tried another popular brand which only has 2 pills. While I didn’t have necessarily any hair loss, I had pretty horrible brain fog and fluctuating mood despite a clean, protein filled diet, hydration, and other things. I decided to go back to Perelel and try their postnatals. I’d like to think it’s not placebo, but they honestly have been a game changer for me. My brain fog has significantly improved and my mood a lot more stable. As a breastfeeding mama, I can rest knowing I am filling my body with the right supplements. Worth every penny in my opinion!

I’m pretty neutral on this product. The taste and smell did not bother me at all, even though it smelled a little fishy. It also did not cause my stomach to get upset. To be honest, I didn’t really see any difference whether I took them or not so I didn’t find it to be very effective. My energy level was the same, skin, hair and nails also. It could have been a complete placebo for all I know so I can’t speak for the quality of something that seemed so “meh”. I personally won’t be buying this product again - at least not on Amazon as I’m not sure I got what I paid for. If I did, I would say you could find a better quality product for the money.
