Dear Bonkaso Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Bonkaso water dispenser units I recently purchased. I bought a total of three units—one for myself and two for my relatives. Unfortunately, one of the units is not functioning properly, specifically the chilled-water feature, which is not working at all. We have already emailed your support team regarding this issue, but we have not received a proper solution. Despite requesting a technician visit, we did not get any clear response or assistance. This lack of support is very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple units. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the faulty unit or replacing it at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response

I am happy with this BonKaso hot and cold water dispenser. It is compact in size but looks very stylish and premium. Hot and cold water work efficiently, and the cooling is good. The price is reasonable, making it a worthwhile purchase for daily use.

Plastic quality would be better

No service available from bonkaso ..Very very bad product.. please don't waste your money on this .. go for good company products who responds to you when ur product has any repairs.. i purchased it 2 months ago within a month cooling water and refrigerator both not working.. raised complaint many times to Amazon customer care but they are unable to resolve ..upon that they just make fool out of u by giving false hopes.. I searched in Google there is no such bonkaso company .. so no company no technicians to repair.. so don't go for it... Got for voltas or some other good company products where service is available.. don't waste ur hard earn money here...

Water dispenser water leaked and cooling not working

I have Been using this BonKaso water dispenser for a few days now, and honestly, it’s doing a great job. The hot and cold water functions work perfectly cold water is actually chilled,which is a lifesaver in this weather, and the hot water is ideal for quick tea or coffee.
