Product is reliable for Office and Home
It is nice and good quality product cooling temperature is good and it's usefull for home and office area. No leakage , durability is nice but small damage in body before delivered.

Value for money product
I have Been using this BonKaso water dispenser for a few days now, and honestly, it’s doing a great job. The hot and cold water functions work perfectly cold water is actually chilled,which is a lifesaver in this weather, and the hot water is ideal for quick tea or coffee.

Very bad .. no service available..don't waste ur hard earn money on this
No service available from bonkaso ..Very very bad product.. please don't waste your money on this .. go for good company products who responds to you when ur product has any repairs.. i purchased it 2 months ago within a month cooling water and refrigerator both not working.. raised complaint many times to Amazon customer care but they are unable to resolve ..upon that they just make fool out of u by giving false hopes.. I searched in Google there is no such bonkaso company .. so no company no technicians to repair.. so don't go for it... Got for voltas or some other good company products where service is available.. don't waste ur hard earn money here...

Cooling is impressive
Cooling is impressive although I thinking some famous brand good only but this one really good & solid build and all functions working properly no difference like big or famous brand like and delivered fast on time.
