Authentic and Fresh Sichuan Pepper PowderI was in search of premium Sichuan pepper powder to use in my recipes and to lend them their distinct numbing flavour, and Zheng Feng Brand Sichuan Pepper Powder did not fail to impress!Pros:Incredibly fresh and fragrant – The minute I opened the packet, I was greeted by the powerful, citrus aroma synonymous with true Sichuan pepper.Perfect numbing effect (má) – The numbing is on point, and my food is given just the right amount of heat and numbing spiciness.Finely ground and easy to handle – No graininess, only smooth, nicely milled powder, dissolvable in seasonings and sauce.Ideal for authentic Sichuan dishes – I have used this for mapo tofu, hotpot, and homemade chilli oil, and it produces restaurant-quality flavour.Cons:The packaging is uncomplicated but does a great job of keeping the spiciness fresh, so no complaints. Having a resealable bag included for ease of use would be welcomed, though.If you’re in search of true Sichuan flavour, this is a great choice. Will buy again for sure!

A local restaurant over here does Sichuan wings! This is the only way to replicate along with a ninja air fryer hahaha!Get on it and get your mouth numb with all that amazing flavor!

Best five spice
This is the best quality 5 spice. I really like the flavour of this one. Not all five spice blends are created equal and this one is perfect for home takeaway recipes
