Great for insomnia.
insomnia for years. Tried lots of different stuff, but trying to move away from so much melatonin. I was able to cut my melatonin in half using this, it doesn't have any kind of sedating effects or after effects in the morning, but it really helps with initial falling asleep problems for me

Works wonders for anxiety
I was having terrible anxiety. Going days on end with the "breathless" feeling, feeling like I wasn't able to catch my breath, or feeling like I couldn't breathe from anxiety. It was really uncomfortable, and half the time I couldn't fall asleep because I was so preoccupied with this feeling. This supplement relieved me from this. I don't know how, I thought I was going to have to see an actual doctor. But this really worked for my anxiety and I am amazed. I also fall asleep a lot sooner now and am not staying up until 4am anymore.

For Me, Better Than Melatonin
I do shift work so sleep is at a premium. I used to take melatonin, but if I can't sleep for at least 6 hours it can leave me foggy. I found apigenin as a recommendation and figured I'd give it a try. It's been a game changer. It's only active for 3 hours or so. I can use it when I only have a few hours to sleep. And it helps me stay asleep for the first couple of hours. Obviously, your mileage my vary, but everyone I've recommended to has said it's very helpful.
