All is good apart from the depth of the seat is not good for ladies who are between 5'4" and 5'7".Also you cannot move the back of the seat forward enough to make the back rest comfortable!It would be good if this could happen so that it was more comfortable for smaller people.Other than that the chair is well made and comfortable especially for a man who is taller.

I was looking for a replacement for my aging chair, and after reading many reviews online, came to Flexispot's door - I really wish I hadn't bothered.Delivery was swift, assembly was straightforward enough, but I didn't feel it was that comfortable straight out of the gate. I was hoping to get used to it (having heard that really ergonomic chairs can have a "bedding in" period as your body gets settled), but only a few weeks in, I've discovered that I'll never know, because the whole backrest sheared clean off its mounting.To be clear, the chair has not seen heavy use, I'm a relatively small man, so the chair hasn't been put through the ringer, it just isn't well made. Even before it failed, the chair constantly needed readjusting as the backrest and headrest had minds of their own.The mesh material is comfortable-ish, but every edge where it attached to the chair is very uncomfortable to rest against, which makes sitting cross legged (something Flexispot is keen to show off as a great option for this chair in the marketing) painful too.Don't waste your money, frankly. I really, really wanted to like this chair, but it doesn't measure up at all.

I had a number of issues and delays with delivery to start with with products not being stock. After that I received the chair and set up. Setup is pretty straightforward, no real issues. The chair itself is not great though, if you're a bigger guys. I'm just over 6 feet tall and 113kg. The seat is quite narrow and the plastic rims digs into the sides of my thighs and becomes very uncomfortable quite quickly. Additionally, the arm rest back-forward adjustment cannot be locked out. This means that each time I press my weight up off the chair they shoot forwards and my fingers get jammed between them and my desk. A simple catch to lock this out would have solved this issue. I don't understand why it's not there.

We always use Flexispot for our office needs and my partner already has this chair and it's super comfy so ordered one for myself too. It's supportive and easy to adjust. I use it for work and gaming

This is a fantastic office chair and has so many fantastic features. The back support is incredible and it’s all adjustable so can offer tailored support. It has made me so comfortable when working, it’s the best office chair ever!!

Best office chair I've bought. Great back support, comfortable and breathable. The only issue I have is that, after the initial 1 month delivery date was missed, I had to wait ANOTHER TWO MONTHS before it was delivered. Communication was vague and promises were repeatedly broken. Luckily the end product was worth the wait!
