Great picture quality, super bright, highly recommend.
This is the one. I was looking for a good, bright projector with above average image quality, bought 4 different projectors before this one and had to return them all. This has amazing picture quality, looks like movie theater.Super bright, I was watching world cup games in daytime without window blinds, What!!!Input does accept 4k content, even on Dongle.Projector has extensive menu calibration settings, which after calibrating, image is amazing. Now, for not so good things.Darks are not inky dark, you can't expect OLED quality but given how crisp and bright image is, I don't mind Darks not being super dark.Fan is a bit loud on brightest setting, but I watch my movies loud, so I don't ever hear the fan. Might be annoying if you have projector sitting right next you.Projector advertises 120hz gaming, but I can not get 120hz to work on my Xbox series x. I tried everything!Aside from that, amazing projector and would highly recommend it.

Awesome projector at nearly half the cost of a new one.
My Epson 2250 finally gave up and died after 5 years of use. I wanted to just replace it with a new one but Epson discontinued that projector. And the next model up (this one ) is $1400 new. I didn’t want to spend that much money. So I gave this one a shot. At $850 after taxes and everything I’m very VERY impressed with this projector. Even though it’s a refurbished model, the lamp hours still showed 0 when it arrived. I’m not sure if they were reset or not from the previous owner… I kinda wish I knew for sure. But everything else about the projector appears to be brand new. It’s very clean, no markings or anything to make me think it was used. Even has that new electronic smell to it if that makes sense. It feels like a brand new projector. It looks great and it’s brighter than my previous projector. Day 1 everything is working and looking good. I’ll update this review if anything changes in the near future.

Great bedroom projector
Amazing projector. The clarity is fantastic. The the colors are superb. Only giving it four stars because the contrast could definitely be a little better. Which I know it is better on the model up from this one. However, the projector is also significantly larger and I am using this projector for my bedroom set up. So it is the ideal projector for me. I have tested Other projectors that were DLP, which of course had better contrast, but did not have same quality to the image. The other thing I really liked about this projector is the amount of optical keystone ability to adjust the image no matter what angle the projector is at. This really is a great bedroom projector.

Fantastic 4K projector for the price
This is an exceptional projector! It’s impossible to tell that it’s refurbished rather than brand new. Four months in, and it’s still working flawlessly. 4K against a huge wall is just incredible. The only drawback is that the fan is a little loud, but if you watch TV and movies with headphones or AirPods, it’s not a concern at all.

Terrrible Customer Support + Terrible Quality
The Lamp went out right after a year. I might had put 60-80 hours usage into the product. When I called Customer Support, I had 1 person say they could help me replace it, and I had to send several photos in. Then another rep said they couldn't help and left me on hold for more than 10min waiting for his Sr.Customer support person to assist. I am an VERY unhappy customer and I will never purchase another product from Epson if its the last thing I do!

It’s great. But… read the review if you just want a great projector.
Tried another brand- throw angle and distance was misleading- I had an Epson before so I got this one as an upgrade- throw angle and distance was accurate.Performance is great.I hate the stupid smart start screen- it forces you to switch manually to a different input as it tries to use android and run everything— I just wanted a high def great projector. I don’t want a smart tv! But… other than that? It’s good. Audio output only through hdmi is kinda bs… and limited ports… but you will figure it out like I did. A splitter and a sound bar with some surround works. It will not work with just an Xbox and soundbar without a splitter- but… you can get there. It’s just not…. As optimal as you might have wanted.Overall still 5 stars as what I wanted is what I got- and they clearly state what it does and how it works- I just… didn’t read well or reall understand the thing.

14hrs in and it's dead + update
Ive had it about 3 weeks went to watch a movie tonight and it's dead. Tried different power cords I receded the lamp nothing. I have it plugged into a super legit surge protector. I think The power supply just died. So back to old trusted 2150 for now. Going to send it back hopefully the next one last longer. Guess if you paid to have it calibrated your just out that loot. BummerUpdate; so Epson said to return it to Amazon because it was in the return window and Amazon sent me a new one. I have put a couple hundred hours on this one and absolutely love it with zero issue. I initially was planning on buying a 5050 or an LS11000 But this was a great price at $699 and a firm had a 0% interest for 5 months so it was $140 for me to get this to my house to test it out. I figured I would return it but coming from a 1080p projector I was absolutely blown away how much better this was. Now maybe the 5050 or the LS11000 is way better than this one But I went to local distributors and nobody had them on display so I have no idea how much better it is. So for $699 with a 2-year warranty from Epson I am super satisfied.

Great bright picture, and it doesn't break the bank
Great Epson projector. Wonderful picture quality, and bright even in a room with ambient light. I am using a 92" DLR quality screen, so that helps too. Setup is very flexible, but quite challenging to adjust, as others have said. My setup is high up on a shelf, so the controls are very sensitive, which can be hard to set just right. Once adjusted, the projector is a delight to view movies on. If you are looking for a budget projector, this is a great choice.

Review from a gamer
do not buy this!! there is alot of device Refurbished.. dont ask yourself why, everybody is returning it.. its cheaply made, its false advertising 4k, false 120hz, false HDR. everything is false.the input is 4k but it output 1080p pixel shift which mean its dupliacted 1080. no where near 4k.image is bright but contrast and details is very bad.its not 120hz or 90hz. its 60hzHDR ONLY work in 30hz, it work for the build in android tv, thats it.ive set my windows to 30hz to test, hdr look awful, color are far from being accurate.projector is very noisy on eco mode, even more on normal and no where near tolerable in vivid mode.i can believe it sell for 1700$ without taxe brand new. there is absolutely nothing i like about this projector, i knew right after it ive seen it working for 30 sec that i was returning it. dont waste your time.
