TPE Foam Knee Pad

I am in Physical Therapy right now for balance problems . One of the items that we use are these blue spongy pads for balance exercises and I have really noticed the improvement in myself that I decided I would like to have one of my own and I can use this daily. It doesn’t require anything else special except something to hold onto if you lose your balance I’m very happy with this. It’s one of my favorite exercises and I can see the improvement after two weeks. of course it’s not the only thing that we do in therapy, but it’s something that I can do every day at home for as long as I want very pleased.

Really excellent foam mats, nice and firm, silky feel. I use the two of them strapped to a painter's bench so I can use it for shoulder surgery rehab exercises. Flat flyers, dumbbell flat press etc. My wife uses one for her Yoga excercises.

Diese Matte ist ein guter Ersatz für das Gerät von der Physio. So hann man bequem auch von zu Hause die übungen machen. Hat eine gute Festigkeit aber noch weich genug dass men auf einem Fuß wacklig drauf stehen kann. Mit einem feutem Putzlappen kann man es auch sehr gut reinigen.

Dieser Artikel ist genau richtig für meine Ansprüche in der Reha-Phase nach einer OP, mit dem ich zuhause üben kann. Die Qualität ist absolut gut. Und der Preis stimmt auch.
