Decent kit
Everything you need for a build. The bench block is nice, it has built in bushing wrench as well. This is more or less a kit specifically for a 1911, however I have used it on other models as well. The punches are decent quality, this is not a professional gunsmiths set. This is a kit for a hobbyist, and should be seen as such. Think Ryobi versus Milwaukee, will it get the job done? Yes, will it last forever, who knows but at the price who cares. I recommend it for someone who is tinkering in building and working on their own stuff. The case is nice as it keeps everything together and properly identified.

Great for firearm repair.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I got this to work on my firearms. Having a wide variety of punch pin sizes covers all of my bases. The carrying case is a good size that I can throw this in my hunting bag and it not be an inconvenience. The metal quality is adequate and the included stand is a nice thing to have. Much better than a vice or free holding the item in the air. This is a more complete set than harbor freight offerings for a better price, and that is coming from someone who loves harbor freight.

Surprisingly handy to have around
I bought this for a specific purpose, but have already used it for a couple of other things. What surprised me was that the little hammer with interchangeable heads and the bench block - two things I didn't buy the set for - turned out to be two of the most useful. I generally find myself using an old 2x4 with a hole in it or something similar, and a nailing hammer, for this kind of task (driving out a rivet, drifting a sight, etc.). If you're considering buying a punch or two for a specific thing, and don't have a little hammer or - especially - a bench block, consider getting a set that includes them. They make using the punches much easier and more precise. This is a good set for the price.
