Works well. Prefer it over my clay one. Purchased the charcoal holder seperately to use with it instead of foil but even with foil it works well.

Uses too many coals
I like the airflow that the product provides but I dislike the ash that falls through the holes in the product. I do not have this issue with aluminum foil. I also do not like that I have to use more than two coals for the product to work efficiently.

Easy to use for a New At Home Hookah Smoker
I always smoke hookah at the lounges.. but dang… inflation and this freezing winter in NYC… I am going to comfortably stay at home, warm with the wife. I bought this in the summer 2024. I’ve never smoked hookah at home so I was definitely new to setting up my own hookah. This product was so easy to use! I recommend no less than 3 coals.. 4 coals if u want thicker smoke but 3 is the magic number. I tried 2 and No good! But try it out yourself! Quality is great, burn rate is great. I can smoke with 3 coals for 1.5 hrs! Happy smoking!
