I produce about 8-12 ounces of milk every 3hrs for an 15-20min pumping session, and my boobs still feel very full and heavy. This product is AMAZING!!! I had mastitis and the pain was horrible. A nurse recommended this product. As soon as I finished my treatment with antibiotics I began taking this and the pain was gone in one day!!! I loved it.

Definitely works to reduce blocked ducts. I take 4 capsules every night and almost never have blocked ducts anymore. When I do, I just use an ice pack on the swollen area and it works itself out with the pump. Prior to this I was constantly in pain and couldn’t figure out how the hell to make it stop 😭

Pretty expensive but really helps!

Ojo, leí una opinión que no ayudó a incrementar la producción. Este producto no es para eso, sino para ayudar a que la leche fluya mejor y descongestionar los ductos tapados. La marca tiene varios suplementos distintos para distintos propósitos, es importante leer bien 😊. Ahora para que la leche fluya mejor sí funciona perfecto, me siento menos congestionada y la leche fluye mejor cuando la extraigo. La super recomiendo! A diferencia de otros productos de la marca este es un super value pack! Es grande y va a durar un buen tiempo. Sin duda lo volvería a pedir si lo llegara a necesitar.
