The media could not be loaded. I really like this clock. I love how the numbers flip and it looks very nostalgic. It seems to be working well and keeps accurate time. It is a nice size and larger than expected which is a good thing! (6” tall x 8” wide.) You can hear the numbers when they flip, but it is not loud at all and doesn’t bother me one bit. While this clock is a little pricey, I do feel it is worth it for such a unique and cool clock! I have it on my desk at work, and everyone that sees it comments on it.

Debated for a long time if the price of this clock was worth it. Ultimately, if you are looking for something to simply tell the time there are other options that will preform this function at a much cheaper price tag. That being said this is a beautiful time piece and is worth the price tag if that is what you’re seeking.Quality: made of metal and wood, with a nice weight that makes it feel durable. So far two weeks in with a fresh battery it accurately keeps time within 1 minute of my phones time. The manual does say it can have a deviation of a few minutes though because of the design. I’m sure this occurs as well as the battery weakens.Noise level: the product is not audible between minutes but every minute the number will flip and cause a small click noise. Every hour both sides of the hour number and minute signs will flip causing a louder and more notable click and ratchet sound. Personally I find these relaxing but if you’re a light sleeper it may bother you. In a large room this may be less notable.Set up: you simply place a D-sized battery (not included) into the back of the middle tower. No on button it just starts working…. I had to wait till the minute rolled over to ensure it was working.Size: good size, not gigantic but able to be visualized across the room.

Why do I love this clock so much? The design is fabulous and yes, that sound of the numbers changing is somehow so comforting. It's a beautiful stylized clock that's functional too. What's not to love!

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this desk clock. I love the all black sleek look and the stylish numbers that are super easy to read. It looks absolutely fantastic on my desk at work. I got ribbed for it by more than a few coworkers but I know they’re just jealous, as they asked me where I got it and how much I paid for it. Yes, this is a bit expensive but I think it’s totally worth it if you’re looking for something stylish and retro for your desk.The one thing I will say is it’s nearly impossible to set the time at first! I don’t know why but it’s so difficult. You’d think that as soon as you put the battery in the clock mechanism would start counting and flip the next number down in 60 seconds. This is NOT the case! As soon as I tired that method a few times I was so put off by when the number would flip down next so I timed it. There is no rhyme or reason to it! The first time I timed it the number would flip down at something like 72 seconds. I pulled the battery and tried again, the number flipped down at like 79 seconds. The next time something like 90 seconds! I tried and tried and tried but every time I did the result was the same: utter confusion! I even purchased the special battery that was recommended. There is no button or switch anywhere on the clock to start the time so I assume it has to be when the battery is input but it just doesn’t make any sense! I ended up having to just continue with this method for what felt like an hour! Something near 70-ish seconds prior to the top of the next minute I’d put the battery in and battery cover on and just hope that it would sync up. Finally I got it within a few seconds of accurate and I’ve left it ever since!Now that the time is (somewhat) synced within a few seconds it has stayed consistent with its “accuracy” as in, it doesn’t run slow or fast. Aside from this bit of a headache, I still find the clock to be a good buy as it was exactly what I wanted for my desk. Due to the headache of setting the correct time I’m going to rate the clock at 4 stars instead of 5.I hope this review was helpful to you in some way.

I don't leave many reviews, but wanted to for this item. I'm not convinced yet this isn't keeping atomic time. The accuracy on this clock is beyond any digital clock in my house that isn't internet sync'd. It literally keeps perfect time accurate to the second of my computers / phone which are obviously internet sync'd. Great look and everything else as well.

As many others reported the mooas Flip Desk Clock is way off from being accurate. Mine came with missing numbers so it's Very clear there is little to no inspection prior to packaging. I was ok with the Slap sound every minute as the numbers change so if your in a quiet room it will be heard from a distance. The customer service I received was over night response but don't expect help or any consideration to get spare parts. Simply told to return to Amazon and I will have pay UPS 7.99 to schedule return pickup since I don't live near a return center. Unless you want just stair at attractive older looking flip clock. Don't expect to keep time nor have service when it breaks.

Terrific nostalgia novelty clock! Reminds me of the old-style flip alarm clock I grew up with in the 1970's, only this is more attractive.
