Very Low Quality Product
Upon receiving the initial order, I was disappointed to find that one item was broken and the other had paint damage. I contacted Amazon customer care, and after some negotiation, they kindly agreed to send replacement items free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement items also malfunctioned - one worked briefly before stopping, while the other didn't work at all.

The packaging was great and the quality of the product justifies all your need, gets hit super quick and you can feel the aromatic refreshment scent in your room within just 15-20 mins! Came with very nice aromatic fregnances!

Amazon support is pathetic also product.
I am very disappointed with the product, which is not working as expected. To make matters worse, Amazon is selling this item but refusing to take any responsibility for the issue. The customer support experience has been pathetic. If a product is non-returnable, it should be clearly and prominently mentioned at the time of purchase. Hiding this information or placing it in fine print is misleading and unacceptable. I expected better from Amazon. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in your platform.
