Worth the investment.
Nice construction, light, easy to put on and take off. Haven’t tried it with a glof club and ball, but I believe this will help me with my baseball swing and flying right elbow.

Solid concept. Poor quality material
There are a few of these out there. Concept makes sense. Keeps elbows together, helps to reduce ‘chicken wing’ Unfortunately low quality elastic. After a dozen uses elastic stretched so it slips down the arm I’d buy a different one if I were you
