LAUNCH X431 CRP919XBT Elite OBD2 Scanner, Wireless Bidirectional Scan Tool

I’ve been very impressed with this scanner so far. I’ve used it on several vehicles including cars, vans and scooters, and it’s already helped diagnose issues that would have been difficult to track down otherwise. The live data functions are particularly useful, allowing faults to be investigated while the vehicle is running rather than just relying on stored fault codes. The scanner is easy to use, updates were straightforward, and the build quality feels good. For a serious DIY mechanic, it’s been a worthwhile purchase and has already saved me time and money.

Very fast delivery. Its very robust and well made. Having the bluetooth conectivity is a great addition. Boot up time is very quick and response time is very good. Setting up was very easy and updates were done very easily. Battery life is also very good and after 2 hours of constant use had only used 10% of the battery. A very good buy and recommended.

Excellent bit of kit for the money. Comes in a hard case for protection. Connects well and easy to use. Has many functions and resets. If avid diy-er or professional for that matter you won’t go far wrong with this. Highly recommend to buy

VCI registration code seems to be used by another account; hence, I couldn't register the device. Launch UK says they don't support this device as it is imported. Weird and unprofessional...

Very good. It does exactly as it says. Another version I saw where the health report generated is more detailed, this is the only downside I found but it is not a big deal for such a price!

Ich hab mir den LAUNCH X431 geholt, weil ich endlich ein Diagnosegerät wollte, das mehr kann als nur Fehlercodes auslesen. Und das Teil ist echt eine Wucht. Ich hab’s schon an mehreren Autos getestet, BMW und Mercedes und jedes Mal problemlos verbunden. Die Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit sind top. Die Tiefe der Diagnosen finde ich echt MEGA. Man kann wirklich alle Systeme prüfen, Motor, ABS, Getriebe, Airbag, alles. Die bidirektionalen Tests sind genial, z. B. Lüfter oder Injektoren direkt ansteuern. Ich hab damit sogar eine Drosselklappenadaption gemacht, lief perfekt. Die Bedienung ist einfach, das Display reagiert schnell, und das Menü ist übersichtlich. Mit der Bluetooth-Verbindung muss ich nicht mehr mit Kabeln im Motorraum rumfummeln. Und die 2 Jahre kostenlose Updates sind ein echter Vorteil, da bleibt das Gerät aktuell. Klar, es ist kein Schnäppchen, aber im Vergleich zu Werkstattkosten hat sich das schon beim zweiten Einsatz bezahlt gemacht. Für ambitionierte Schrauber wie ich, ein richtig starkes Tool. Schnell, gut und echt stark, mit Profi-Funktionen, die sonst nur teure Geräte bieten. Ich würd’s sofort wieder kaufen.

Très satisfait de cette Launch X-431. La tablette est réactive, la prise en main est simple et les mises à jour se font sans difficulté. Utilisée principalement sur une Suzuki SX4 et une Renault Clio III : lecture et effacement des défauts, accès aux calculateurs, ABS, airbag, données en temps réel et fonctions de diagnostic bien plus complètes qu’un lecteur OBD classique. Elle a notamment permis d’identifier clairement plusieurs défauts et de suivre les interventions sans dépendre d’un garage. Le matériel paraît robuste, la mallette est de bonne qualité et l’interface reste accessible même sans être mécanicien professionnel. C’est un investissement, mais très pertinent pour qui entretient lui-même ses véhicules et veut comprendre ce qu’il fait plutôt que seulement effacer un voyant.
