Girls' Light-Weight Water-Resistant Packable Mock Puffer Jackets

We live in Michigan and he weather varies a lot...sometimes 45 degrees in the morning and 75 in the afternoon, with it getting windy and chilly by Lake Michigan on days that it’s shorts and tank top weather farther from the water. This is perfect, because it’s SOOOO warm and cozy, really does a great job breaking the wind and repelling raindrops (for a light sprinkle, not thunderstorm appropriate). It only weighs eight ounces in the bag and packs up so so small. I loved mine so much I got one for each of my daughter’s. We throw it in a backpack when our hiking or walking around and whip it out as needed. A fraction of the cost of one from Patagonia!

I was about to spend triple the price of this for a similar Patagonia jacket for my kid, but the.my I thought, “Uhhh no, that’s way too much money for something they’re going to grow out of in a year.” It doesn’t matter that I can afford it, but why not get something equally comparable for only a third of the price!?! I went with the purple/pink/blue colored one for daughter and it keeps her just as warm as a Patagonia jacket .I’ve had Patagonia jackets for my kids before, which they’ve already grown out of, so I can tell the difference. The quality of this jacket is great too. I’ll be buying this jacket every season for my kids until they stop growing so much, then I’ll go ahead and splurge on the name brand. In the meantime, save yourself lots of money and buy this jacket for your growing kids. It’s just as good as the name brand version.

You could buy a name brand puffy jacket, but this product is fantastic. It's warm enough for out 19 degree mornings, but light weight and comfortable enough for our 40 degree afternoons. The sizing runs a tiny bit small. My daughter is moving from a 12 to 14. I bought a 14 and it fits perfectly, so I feel the sizing is like 1/2 a size smaller than other clothes.She loves the style too!

I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised at the quality of this puffer jacket! It's super lightweight and not too bulky, perfect to wear during southern Texas winters and chilly mornings/days in the mountains. The quality feels comparable to other premium priced outdoor brands, but I won't have a heart attack if this jacket gets lost at school (or any of the other random things kids to do ruin their clothes!)My daughter was SO excited and loved the floral pattern - I was worried it would be too busy in person, but it is actually really lovely. I did buy an XL, my daughter generally wears a true L in girls sizes (10/12) but I find some of the Amazon items for children run about a size small. So glad I sized up! It allowed enough room she can layer a sweater or hoodie, but it's by no means huge on my daughter. The arm length is a tad long, but her fingers poke out the sleeves. So I would say expect a slimmer fit (or buy the boys version which isn't so slim cut). But I definitely would recommend! Watch sales, I got my daughter for only $11!

Love this. My daughter wears is a size 8 and we got a medium (size 10). The fit is almost exact, the sleeves are long but not too long to wear for the next few weeks of winter here in Texas. Not sure if she can wear it in the fall. I would go up a size if your want to make it through next winter.

I ordered a 4t for my small 3 year old , to make sure it has room for layers and it lasts through the winter. I love the fit. The color is brighter than the pic showed. The sleeves are good length and the cuff keeps them from falling below the wrist. It’s suitable for a car seat as it is thin enough to not be constricting and unsafe. There are inner pockets on both sides for mittens or small items such as chapstick. The outer pockets are usable but do not have a closure on them. Overall very pleased with this jacket and highly recommend. We live in an area where winter is mild , 30’s-40’s with a few colder days in there sometimes. Not sure if it would be warm enough for lower temps.

Perfect for winter down here in Texas. It's awesome that it packs so small. My daughter can wear it in the morning, when it's cold and, pack it away and shove it in her backpack in the afternoon. She loves it and, it conforms to her school's strict dress code.

It was supposed to be Size M but i guess it can not even fit a baby

Great coat with an excellent price. If this was a north face it would be triple the price.Excellent for Autumn mornings. Packs down into a matching bag. This makes it ideal to keep in the school bag.Water resistant in a shower bit isn’t waterproof.

Bough it as a gift to my 5y old nieces birthday. She loves it.

Schöne, leichte Jacke, die für den Übergang in die kalte Jahreszeit und auch im Frühling perfekt ist. Meine Tochter liebt sie. Ich habe die Jacke, nachdem ich die anderen Rezensionen gelesen hab, eine Nummer größer bestellt. Die Ärmel müssen wir jetzt zwar noch ein wenig umkrempeln, aber so hält sie wenigstens bis zum Frühjahr und man kann auch noch einen dicken Pulli drunterziehen. Also wer die Jacke nur eine Saison haben will, bestellt die tatsächliche Größe, wer länger was davon haben will, sollte eine Nummer größer nehmen.

Cuando lo compre ponia que era plumon, y luego no era. Despues de recibirlo y comprobar que era muy fino, vuelvo a mirar la description y ya no lo ponia. No lo he devuelvo porque es bonito. Le daremos utilidad de entre tiempo. Habeis que evitar estos malentendidos.
