Flavor, heat and sourness perfectly balanced. Additives - only Xanthan gum - so not so bad on that front. One of the best commercial hot sauces in my opinion.

Amazing Original Hot Sauce with Perfect Heat and Flavor, but Other Varieties Disappoint!
Title: ⭐ 5/5 – Amazing Original Flavor, Perfect Heat, and Absolutely Delicious! Cholula Original Hot Sauce is absolutely amazing! It has a delicious, bold, tangy flavor with just the right amount of heat. It’s not overwhelmingly spicy, making it perfect for chicken, rice, eggs, tacos, sandwiches, and many other foods. If you prefer something much spicier, Cholula also has a hotter version that delivers a much stronger kick. However, I personally did not enjoy their Sweet Habanero Hot Sauce. It tasted terrible to me, and their Lime Hot Sauce was even worse! The lime flavor was way too strong and overpowering, almost like tasting Sprite instead of an actual hot sauce. I want a delicious, savory, spicy hot sauce, not something that reminds me of a lime-flavored soda. I haven’t tried their Green Pepper or Chipotle versions yet, so I can’t judge those. Despite my disappointment with those other flavors, Cholula Original remains one of my absolute favorites. The flavor is fantastic, the heat is perfectly balanced, and I would definitely purchase it again. Highly recommended! Five stars!

Ich bin positiv überrascht. Ich kannte die Sauce gar nicht. Sie ist definitiv nicht zu scharf. Eher angenehm pikant. Der Preis ist natürlich gesalzen. No pun intended. Aber man verbraucht die Flasche ja auch nicht in eins. Abundzu würde ich mir weiterhin diese sauce gönnen. Wenn ich Sie in einem größeren Gebinde finde würde ich auch da direkt zugreifen.
