Thought it was be an easy installation but it wasn’t as simple as others and I couldn’t figure out what to do to stop the leaks. I ended up having to call a handyman, who also spent some time figuring it out. Anyway, it’s look pretty good now but it’s a more complicated installation in my experience.

Amazing shower head, easy to install, very sturdy, and the waterfall is amazing.

We like the large rain shower head and the wand. The mixing valve works good. The problem we had was with the threaded pipe adapters. In America, these "threaded pipe nipples" have a slight taper in the threads so when they're threaded in and tightened, the thread will actually seal up. We used teflon tape.. and it leaked... we took the adapter out and used thread sealer with teflon which is th industry standard... we just couldn't get the adapter to stop leaking... these were being installed into new houses we built for Air B&B vacation rentals. Luckily, the licensed plumbers caught the issue before drywall went up. We bought new threaded pipe nipples and go the leak stop. Overall, so far, the system is working well.
