STABILO OHPen universal - Pen for Overhead Projection - Permanent Fine (F)

I have used these pens for over 40 years, and carry a Medium and a Superfine one in my pocket at all times. If I had to only carry one size it would be these Fine ones, as they are the most versatile. As an engineer who is frequently in the field, their long life, their ability to write permanently on almost any surface, and the fact that they don't leak when in your pocket makes them invaluable for so many different uses. These range from simple labelling of equipment, to marking out non-absorbent surfaces for machining, to writing our little boys' clothes for school. There are loads of permanent marker pens around, but if you want ones that will work without having to shake them for ages, on almost anything, and whose consistently-precise marks are hard to erase, then these Stabilo pens are hard to beat and offer exceptional value.

Love these and the non permanent version, used them for work and leisure.

These pens seem to last forever, write anywhere

I find these excellent for jobs like addressing letters and parcels where it is important that they do not smear if the weather is wet, and I will happily use them for most writing if no cheaper pen is to hand. They are easy and light to hold, and I like to always keep a stock of them. I have used both the Fine and, for writing in a small space, e.g. on labels, the Superfine.

In post for 5 days.....but the pens were worth the wait. They are good quality and true of product description.

These are decent pens with firm nibs so they stay 'fine' all their life. They last a while and the ink stays black without fading. I always buy these for my business application. They do however, struggle to write if the surface is damp, but not a deal breaker.

​Eigentlich muss man über den Stabilo-Folienstift in Schwarz gar nicht mehr viele Worte verlieren – das ist einfach der absolute Universeller-Klassiker. ​Ich nutze ihn zwar hin und wieder auch klassisch für Folien oder um Gefriertüten zu beschriften, aber sein echtes Hauptquartier hat er bei mir in der Werkstatt und im Hobbybereich. Gerade zum präzisen Anzeichnen ist das Ding Gold wert. Dank der dünnen Spitze kommt man damit nämlich auch super in irgendwelche engen Bohrlöcher rein, wo andere Stifte direkt versagen. ​Dazu kommt, dass die Dinger gefühlt ewig halten und vor allem nicht sofort austrocknen, wenn man sie mal vergisst wegzupacken. Ich habe zwischendurch immer mal wieder den Fehler gemacht, ein paar No-Name-Billiganbieter auszuprobieren – aber da zeigt sich mal wieder ganz klassisch: Wer billig kauft, kauft doppelt oder am Ende sogar noch öfter. Deswegen direkt das Original, absolute Kaufempfehlung.
