Truly amazing Tech support and great software for the money.
As with many I could not get the Windows 7 64 bit version working. I emailed the address on the disc cover and received an answer within thirty minutes. Granted it was 1:00 am at my house in SC. The tech support requires you allow remote control of your compter so I think most people will be skeptical of this requirement. I installed the TeamViewer and TechStream program from the CD. Neither one was working. The tech that answered my email was very patient to say the least. After an hour or so of trying to connect with the teamviewer I gave up for the night. Next night the tech sent me two files to install, the TeamViewer and the TechStream which I had originally installed from the CD. I had to use WinRAR to open them as they were showing a PDF format, but they just needed to be unzipped. Not sure why they showed PDF but I got them installed. The Teamviewer started working after numerous attemps to activate my account. I emailed for help again but this time I just left the TeamViewer open. When I got up the next moring I saw where the tech had opened some files and left a message that I needed to plug in the cable and download the drivers, which I did. The program opened and is working now with a suscription hours showing 5000 hours and counting down. That is two years and some change if I am figuring correctly. Not a life time, but not bad for $46. Apparently you cannot install the programs with your antivirus running. I assume the antivius program will detect what it interpets as a virus and shut the installation down. I know how bad it is to stop your virus protect but the instructions do say remove any virus protection programs from your computer. From what I have read the majority of purchasers use a dedicated laptop without any programs or info on it and have the techstream installed on that. I do not know if turning off your virus protection will allow the techstream to work without deleting it or parts of it. I know my Norton was deleted during the install and the tech said that I could reinstall it but do not use it which I haven't tried yet. Attention: I just now received an email from tech support and they stated that I should not open Techstream with the virus protection installed so be aware of this fact. There are many positve reviews about the software and it looks as good as the expensive software and the seller is really awsome for the tech suppot.. I have hooked the cable to my car, a 2007 prius, just to see what happend and I was able to connect to the car. I haven't done any diagnostics yet but will do so soon, although that doesn't help you any now. To sum up, the tech suport is really amazing and I think the TechStream software I received will work for me. I am not a mechanic but do like being able to work on my own vechicles. Todays cars are all about the computers they have and they pretty much control everthing on the car. To be honest I used my personal laptop to have the program installed so I am hanging out there some as far as security goes. I believe the seller is honest and professional but if I had to do it again I would difinately use a dedicated laptop without any persoanl info or programs installed other than the OS of course. If you think you will need help installing the 64 bit version (which you will unless your really good with software) then purchase from this seller as the Tech support is amazing. Once more,I recommend using a dedicated laptop and have the software installed on it so you do not have to worry about the virus protection issuses.

Money saver, great DIY tool
I came upon this product due to 3 slow tire leaks on my Rav4. Tired of filling every couple days, I went to my local service station. Turns out all leaks were around the TPMS valves, and I was told: IF they came apart, $60 per for servicing, but often they break and replacement is about $200 per. Whoa.Long story short, I was able to service kit leaks in the right rear and spare (3 bucks each) and did have the right front break on removal, so new TPMS there at 38 bucks. Ended up doing the job myself - great videos on Youtube for this. One piece remained... The new sensor had to be entered in my car's ECU. Saw the great reviews on this DiagKing software and cable and went for it.I'm decent with tech so tried the install myself, but could tell I was not getting it done (Evidently not decent enough!) So I installed the Team Viewer and sent an email to DiagKing. Response was immediate, and due to the time difference, an online meet was set up for the next evening. Upon sending an email that night at the agreed time that I was ready, within a few minutes the tech went to work. He had to uninstall what I'd done, then reinstall the software. The whole process took about 25 minutes, at which point he declared I was all set and to test it.This was 10:30 pm my time, so I tested the next day.And... Success! I was able to re-enter all sensors (this is necessary, can't just do one), including the new one (which was causing a dash warning light as it was unreadable by the ECU now) in under 5 minutes. All is working great!A few notes:I used an old laptop with Win XP, and for the software install I did uninstall my antivirus software and turned off my firewall. Turned the Firewall back on right after this, and DiagKing then said I could use the antivirus again when not using the software, so re-installed that. While using it for installing the TPMS codes I shut down my antivirus and WiFi, and enabled both afterward. The firewall remained on but caused no issues. There are great videos on Youtube for many Techstream functions, including re-entering TPMS codes. These are of great helpIf you replace a TPMS, document the code(s) printed on the old one and replacement, and tire locations of each before the re-coding process, otherwise you'll have to access the TPMS again for the code. In my case I had installed service kits on the spare and right rear tires, and installed a new TPMS on my right front. Knowing the codes I could identify each within this software. Within the software you can see all 5 ID codes, the tire pressure and temperature of each... but, No, Toyota does not identify which sensor is in which tire in Techstream!I have not scratched the surface on what this software can do, but so far I'm really happy with it. I foresee it will be extremely valuable in the future. DiagKing states the considerations well in their product description, and their support/response time is excellent! For about $110 (2 service kits, 1 new TPMS, this DiagKing Techstream software and cable), I saved 4-5 hundred bucks. This product and support is 5 star. I gave 3 stars for "easy to install" cause I think it will not be easy for the average person... but DiagKing makes it 5 star easy! And... God bless YouTube!

Don't buy this product because they were hacked my email and Amazon account by remote control
I buy this product 2 weeds ago and it is too hard for install by myself, so I ask them to help me install the software by remote control. After 2 weeks I realize someone from China is trying to take control of my computer to change password my email and amzazon account. Amazon immediately emailed me to report this suspicious incident. I work on my computer very late. it is 2 am. I can see an emails asking amazon One Time Password. Immediately I called amazon to close my account. I have reinstalled all the software in my computer so now I can rest assured that my computer is safe. I will update everything that can continue happening in the future. Please do not buy this product. it is a Chinese spy tool

Excellent Product
I retired from being a Lexus tech earlier this year, but I still do some work on friends cars and I missed having the Techstream scanner for diagnosis. Buying the factory cable and software is several hundred dollars, so I started looking at aftermarket tools. While this scanner is more then some others, it is still less than a hundred dollars and received excellent reviews. When I received the cable I was impressed with the quality of the cable. I downloaded the software, but was not savvy enough to complete the install, but I contacted Diagking and they completed the install remotely. This software is the original factory software. I was able to access all codes, real time data and active tests on a 2006 RX400h brake system. If you are not familiar with this software, there will be a learning curve for the advanced functions, but reading and clearing codes is pretty intuitive.
