Works well for ereader. No issues so far
The media could not be loaded. It works very well. I found a tiktok video that helped me program it to use with my Boox Palma ereader. I have it set up to go forward, backwards and refresh the screen. I changed out the keycaps for clear ones and glued some charms on there. I also used resin to attach a metal piece so that I can clip a keychain to it. I wish there was already a keychain slot or atleast a silicone case for it.The keys are nice and clicky and you can program it to only light up when you turn it on so it doesnt get distracting when reading in low lit areas. Havent had any problems with battery. The keyboard automatically goes to sleep after awhile of no use.

Works Great!
Really easy to program using the Elfkey app. I used the USB version. My application was to control a media player remotely in a stage performance. It worked perfectly! If you need pre-planned keyboard typing with one button, this is exactly what you need. Highly recommend.

It's flakey, and too difficult to set up.
It's battery is so wimpy that you should forget about running it without a cable connected. The programming process (though an app) is okay, but you have to put the hardware into a special mode before it will work. Doesn't really work for me.

Best Customer Support I've Ever Seen!
This device is amazing, and deserves 5 stars. The customer support makes me want to give 10 stars! Unbelievably helpful.I bought this so my disabled daughter could control the media on her "Smart TV". The MK321BT was instantly recognized by her TV as a "keyboard", and she was able to control her media by "squeezing" the keys, but didn't have the coordination to "release" the keys. PCSensor support worked with me for 3 days (!) to come up with a solution that works FANTASTICALLY, and allows her to do just what we were hoping. Just amazing customer support. Also, yes, the lights can be turned off easily. Click the RGB icon in the bottom middle of the software, and select "turn off all lights" and the battery will last much longer.Anyway, I am super happy with this little device. Easily 5 stars!

Small battery, but nice device
So, like other reviewers have said, the battery life on this thing is not ideal. I only have it turned about for about 8 hours a day. Its only purpose is to mute the mic in Slack and Zoom. To do that without downloading the manufacturer's software, I'm using Karabiner-Elements (on macOS). I was hoping to be able to use Hammerspoon because I'd converted all of my Karabiner stuff over a while back, but I could not get a working solution.Anyway, with regards to the battery life, it appears to have drained 75% after being turned on for about 12 hours. On the flip side, it's charged back over 70% in about 10 minutes.Feature-wise, it's three buttons. They send 'a' 'b' and 'c', respectively. It also apparently has "layers," but the label on the bottom and what actually happens on the device don't exactly match up for me; all of the layers send the same keycodes. The color under the keys is actually an LED "backlight." I'm looking for a way to turn that off (again, without the manufacturer's software) because that's surely draining the battery more than usage. All said, worth the money and effort for me. If you're not a techie or a programmer, you'll likely be stuck with the manufacturer's software. Again, haven't tried it and won't. It's gonna be Chinese and I just don't want that on my computer.

Works good... But...
I got it for the GPD Win 4, to have some extra buttons on the back.It would have been fine, and perfect, if I didn't need the action of the keypress to activate the gyroscope. With the particular machine that I got two of these for, between the internal key software, rewasd key-mapping, this products keymapping, and one more that I was using for on-screen buttons, I could not get the activation of the gyroscope with a button push of this product. But, I have limited ability, and may have found a solution if I "super tried".It is a great product. It was fast enough for me, with the Bluetooth response time, with gaming. However, they do offer the same product with 2.4gh, something or other. Which, should be faster. Plus, if needed a direct cable would be fine.Lots of possibilities with this item.I will absolutely purchase it again, in the future. But, with the 2.4gh option.Even though more expensive, it can come in "handy".I am glad anyone offers, such an item.I would like the same product, but with one key. There are one key products, like this, but none with Bluetooth or battery. Some people say the software was hard to get. But, for me it was easy, and the software worked well.Very nice key presses.Good product.Don't know about the lights. Didn't test that.

Software does not work. Bluetooth battery dies in 48 hours
What should be a simple and easy to use device, is pretty terrible. The pointer to the software pointed to a site that was down. I searched, and found another source, but that software did not work on my Mac. After a lot of searching I did finally find some software that supported M1/M2 chips used in the new Macs, but that was just the beginning! After finally getting the buttons programmed, I found that in bluetooth mode, the battery barely lasted 48 hours! The device has colored LED's that are always flashing (using up the battery), but providing no useful function that I was able to determine. Even when used in wired mode it's a little flaky and unreliable. If I reboot my machine it seems to take almost 5 minutes before the device will start working again.Let me also say that I am an advanced user, so the fact that I spent over 2 hours trying to make it work says to me the the average "Joe" would not be making a wise decision to buy this device.
