Q: Is this product vegan?

Yes it is. It's very good and I have met 5 cats of different age and breed who have had Benevo for more than 6 years as their main food. Unfortunately my cat did not like it (she is fussy) and she adores the other vegan brand, Amycat.

Q: Has anyone tried turning this into wet food with success?

I tried wetting the food once but my cats weren’t interested. However, I’ve read of lots of people on social media who have done so and their cats love it!

Q: We 50:50 this food with another cat food so it could take our cat a year or so to get through it, would this keep for that long?

Our two cats are just about to finish a10kg bag I bought 2.5 years ago (they're given 1 serving each other day). We've kept it in its original bag and in airtight plastic cereal containers. It has kept perfectly.
