I had a two-piece toilet that was basically a standard American one. I was able to install this easily myself in less than 1 hour. I've had it for a while now and it works just as it did when it was new. I have no leaks or other concerns about it. It's very unobtrusive. I find it to be pretty subtle. Seems like it's holding up so pretty sturdy. It's also very easy to remove if you need to. Build quality seems all right and it's just a white color that matched my existing toilet pretty well.I also was very happy to have a new toilet seat and lid with a soft closed feature. The original toilet seat and lid that came with mine was absolutely horrible with fake wood and peeling paint and just a nasty look to it after only a couple months so I considered this an upgrade. It's much easier to keep clean and it is nice to have no slamming!It has two modes. There is the feminine wash and the rear wash. Both of these have a variable pressure that you can adjust by turning the knob further in either direction. It's pretty simple and straightforward and let's just say that it's accurate as far as aiming. I think it's very hygienic and wish I had thought of it sooner. That being said, it's only cold water because no electricity is required. So definitely will wake you up in Winter if you're in a cold area!All I needed was an adjustable wrench. They included the Teflon tape for the connections which I recommend to prevent leaks. Because I had plenty of space and a pretty typical toilet that made the installation very by the book. I think if your setup is similar you won't have too much trouble.

I had no idea what to expect, but after using, I wish I had one years ago!Comes with all the hardware to hook it up, screw new valve right onto the toilet tank, reattach existing hose to new valve, then attach new hose from seat to new valve. 20 minute project. Enjoy

Very happy! I have been considering a bidet for at least a couple of years. The cost of installing a remote control module with heat that requires an electric outlet put the ones I was familiar with out of reach. Then I learned about this type that's as simple to install as a new toilet seat and water line. I figured even I could do that! Installation was simple, straightforward, and quick. It was installed in about five minutes with no leaks.I was concerned about the cold water temperature and whether it would be uncomfortable at best or a seriously chilling experience at worst. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's actually rather refreshing and quite comfortable.It's easy to use, and easy to clean. I like the soft close lid.Two things I don't like about it is it tends to shift and the plastic bolts that anchor it to the toilet loosen up over time. I find I have to tighten them periodically. The second thing is the soft plastic looks like it will scratch easily over time, and the plastic is staticky. It doesn't cause static shocks, but have a cat and have never had a toilet seat attract her hair like this one. The static is a minor aggravation though and it's easy to wipe down with a damp cloth.Overall I'm pleased with this bidet, the inexpensive price, and how well it functions.

What everyone needs. I can’t believe not everyone has a bidet. I like this one so much I bought 2 for my handicap brother and his wife. They love them. This one is so easy to install and use. Try it you’ll be glad you did

Easy to install (or uninstall if you're moving). Worked fine right away, fit perfectly, no issues at all. If you're worried about water temperature, I'd say it's not that big of a deal.

Omg this was a good investment it makes everything easier. The setup was quick and easy. It does the job well done

Easy peasy. Easy to set up, easy to use. And it will work even if the electricity goes out. (No warmed water so no surprises. I will get what I’ve always gotten.)

I really like the simplistic design and slow close lid. Also that you can adjust the water pressure both on the intake and the handle.
