Very easy to swap inner component board out of old case and into new. These cases are sturdy but I've replaced them about once per year.

It's cheap and it's not up to the look or quality of Automate. It's tight/difficult to fit in Electronic Remote part. Managed to push in and working. Original Remote case was cracked since fell from hand several times. Need to improve quality.

As with others mentioned my old keyfob (by Ungo) is so much been beaten and delapadated wherein the plastic loop for the key ring attaches to has been eaten away ever so thinned over the years until that inevitable snap. Been having to carry the old keyfob and surprisingly utilizing the ever so neglected coin pocket in my front pants to carry it around, in some ways keeping it in this pocket sorta makes it feel like you have a new stealthy way to open and closing your vehicle without busting out your keys. However, that stealthiness comes with a price such as the dreaded, you forgot it in your pocket and you ended up putting the pant in the wash or the constant guessing game which set of pants did you leave the keyfob in, has been tiresome none the least. This new keyfob replacement case solves all those nagging issues you might have succumbed to all those days or in my case weeks where your fob was detached from your keys. The surprise fit and finish of this product is bar none, with two button configuration options to choose from (one with an orange horn button or one with a yellow asterisk). And for less than $10 you get two sets, yes two, sure to outlast your vehicle and possibly the functionality of your alarm system, which reminds me, mine has the auto start function and for some reason my vehicle randomly starts by itself between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm, that's another problem to solve. In summary, great product!

Easy fix.Works fine

The plastic where the key ring attaches broke on my old fob. Original electronics still work so had to find a replacement shell of same design. Found this perfect replacement at a very good price. Will buy again as this one ages before the plastic breaks. Poor design by original manufacturer of this style - not the fault of this vendor.
