This shelf exceeded my expectations. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and assembly was quick and straightforward. Once put together, the shelf felt sturdy and stable despite being lightweight. The dark wood finish and metal frame give it a modern, stylish look that fits perfectly in my apartment. It provides plenty of storage space without taking up too much room, making it both functional and attractive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality shelving unit at a great price.

This bookshelf far exceeded expectations! For what I was paying I was not expecting something this nice, and boy is it sturdy! I will be buying more for sure! Instructions for assembly were very easy to understand, and parts all clearly labeled. Took 10 minutes to put together. Size is as listed. 100% recommend if you have limited space and need more storage area, or like me, are a book and nic-nak lover!

I really like these book shelves and think they are decent quality and value. There were so many that looked exactly like these for twice as much and after reading through all the descriptions couldn't find anything to warrant the others costing so much more. I had initially chosen mid century modern ones that were solid but Amazon didn't want to ship those to Hawaii, they weighed over 70 lbs each so I don't blame them. I went with these because they were so inexpensive and lightweight that I could bring them up 3 flights of stairs by myself. I have to say that they are nicer than I expected and the assembly was 20 minutes with easy clear instructions. The rustic brown finish is fine with all my other walnut furniture, barely noticeable once books and chatskies are on the shelves. I don't have them loaded up completely yet, but they seem very sturdy and they provide a special plastic strap kit to attach them to the wall. These are more attractive than most cheap shelving out there, and being metal will likely last longer than the solid particle board type where the shelves bend and crack. If you have a lot of books, or heavy things to store you may want to go with shelves that have the metal bars underneath each shelf, these don't. That is why they are inexpensive. I created a little reading area in my apt and used one of those steel and fabric dressers between the bookshelves and it looks pretty nice considering I spent only $100 for all 3 pieces. I only plan to live here a year and will put these inexpensive pieces into a guest room or office once I purchase a house.

Great sturdy bookshelf. It was a bit difficult to put some of the pieces together but I took a hammer and some WD40 to it and that seemed to help a few of the metal pieces come together. It's light weight so moving it (while empty) won't be such a hassle. It also matches my desk, which was not intentional. It's also a pretty good size for being as small as it is. It wasn't hard to build. The instructions that came with it are fairly simple to follow (even if English is not your first language)

We purchased this shelf for my son’s dorm room while he was away at college, and it turned out to be a great choice. It shipped directly to his dorm and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. He was able to assemble it himself using the tools included in the box, which made setup simple and stress-free. While it’s not the most heavy-duty shelf available, it was exactly what he needed for a dorm room. It’s lightweight, compact, and doesn’t take up much space, yet it provided plenty of storage throughout the entire school year. The shelf has a clean, modern look that fit perfectly with his room décor, and it held up well all year long. It was also light enough for him to easily carry back to the car at move-out, and now he’s using it again at home. If you’re shopping for college essentials, I would definitely recommend this shelf for any dorm room. It’s practical, easy to assemble, space-saving, and looks great.

This shelf is sturdy, lightweight, & so much easier to put together than the wooden ones (but the paper instructions aren't the best, watch the video they include in the carousel of pictures for the product- it shows you exactly how to do it. Honestly, just make sure the holes for the x-shaped reinforcer bar are on the same side, and you're good). Plus, it's an open bookshelf that gets plenty of airflow which gives me peace of mind for my books (I don't have to worry about mold due to lack of airflow). At this price point, $39 at time of this review, I wish I'd bought enough to line all my walls in bookshelves bc I'm not going to find a better deal for this quality. There was also quick shipping, and really secure packaging. Individually wrapped planks of wood & metal sides ,that were clearly labeled with the corresponding letter in the instructions. All the bags of screws were tightly sealed, had the exact amount needed, were labeled, and come with the hand tool you'll need to screw them in. I have nothing but great things to say, the wood seems waterproof & doesn't scratch either. Get these shelves! They were perfect for displaying some of my fav book series and merch on (see pics).

A lot more heavy than I expected! For me when it comes to something being high quality I look for weight and this checks that box off. Took only 15 minutes to put together and it was so easy no instructions were needed. Very sturdy and has no wobble. The wood and metal feel like great quality. I’m using it for my cologne and watch collection which now saved me so much more space! Stacks up really tall and as someone that’s 6’4, I love that the top shelf is easily accessible which is something I was worried about with other shorter shelves. Very happy with this purchase!👍
