Good product value for the money thanks

This injector tester and cleaner is great. Had everything I needed to test my injectors and cleaned them perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Was worth the money. Test was easy and precise, saved me money to replace it myself.

Works but I broke one connector with little effort. Could benefit from a bigger gauge wire and better crimp on the terminals. Still like the product, just needs a bit more on the wires terminals.

I was fumbling about trying to diagnose a fuel heavy situation with a GM 8.2l Big block. I have no clue why I didn't just buy one of these in the beginning. Along with a decent fuel pressure gauge, this is a life saver for diagnosing injector fuel delivery.Then, with a can of carb cleaner, I ran my factory injectors through a couple pulse cycles and... holy cow, they are back in spec, which is a good thing because OEM injectors for the 8.1l are not cheap!It is not a super complicated device, it pulses either 5v or 12v in one of 4 preprogrammed modes. I found that mode 7 (lots of short pulses) worked best for diagnosis in my situation as they were intermittently sticking. After a little bit, I could even tell by ear when they were good or bad. I also cleaned them using mode 7.

This little unit actually works pretty darn good. I’m happy with the purchase. You just gotta be careful when you’re connecting a can to them and hold it tight but it does the job for sure.

First, all vendors appear to offer the same thing, even if some are different color.First the good:1. A functioning one (see below) works. I don’t think you’d want this if you run a repair shop, but for us weekend guys, it will do that job.2. It’s very straightforward in its operation. So you can’t screw it up.the bad:1. The first unit I received died after checking 2 injectors. ok, it happens but it points out the flimsy construction of all of these.2. You’ll receive a bunch of “tubes” to connect the injector to. in my first shipment, 2 of them were not drilled all the way through so injector cleaner was impossible to reach the injector. Of course the one I needed had to be one that was defective (of course). So when you get them, the first thing you should do is taker the red straw from your carb cleaner can and make sure the opening goes all the way through. You’ll immediately see what I’m talking about.3. When you push the tubes the injectors push in to on top of the carb cleaner can, the connection truly sucks. Be prepared to waste a lot of cleaner. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and hold it in exactly the right way, but most of the time cleaner leaks all over. it does not however prevent the cleaning action to work, it just wastes cleaning fluid.4. The “plastic box” containing the circuit board is made of a plastic that will smear and melt when it comes in contact with carb cleaner. Seriously folks, you couldn’t use a better material and charge 5 bucks more? As with most things made overseas today, it’s a race to the bottom on material quality.Summary:My second unit works. These units will be ok, just be prepared for a minimum amount of frustration using them. These clearly will not last a long time, they are the definition of a disposable product. A shame, as some of us would pay more for quality construction. So go ahead and order, just keep your perspective on what it is you’ll be getting.

This was an inexpensive method for freeing up and cleaning the injectors for my 50 yr old Italian sports car. Saved me an enormous amount of money. Several different modes, which worked well.Intuitive and easily to use, it is a great addition to my tool kit.

Works well. Trusted 8 modes in all working order. The reset button that comes with this device is handy and the products that come are all included.
