I had been dealing with a lot of anxiety and tried so many things when a friend recommended this rhodiola product. He said his roommate had been using it for anxiety and that it worked great for her. I was willing to try anything and am glad I did! It has a calming effect I can feel within like 10min, but thankfully it doesn't have a sedating effect like many other calming herbs I've tried. I feel focused and alert. I do have to admit I use more than the recommended dose, so you'll have to find a dose that works for you. I like it so much I've since gifted a bottle to my grandmother and 2 friends, all who have also been dealing with anxiety, and they've liked the results as well! We all also love the taste. I think it's yummy 😋

I feel great with more energy because my mood is consistent and mellow. I have also noticed not much bothers me for very long anymore or get to me like it used to. I add it to a glass of water every morning. There is basically no smell and little taste so it goes down really easy. Great stuff. Love the liquid supplements now. Better bioavailability, quicker intake. Still experimenting but I think this can be put into my regimen. But most likely one month on and one month off. But will adjust as I prefer. Give it a try. Good concentrated strength. I think it helps me sleep deeper. Mix with anything too. Juice, water or straight in the mouth. I'm using it in pure 100% Organic Pomegranate juice with a dropper of Dandelion root, Rhodiola, few drops of organic Iodine, D3+K2, couple drops Oregano oil, Dropper fresh Pine Pollen and 500mcg of Methylene Blue. Giddy Up!

I love the taste of this supplement. I was directed to take Rhodiola along with other supplements to help with perimenopausal symptoms. My energy and stamina increased. It also helped with my memory. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I have been taking rhodiola for quite a long time now, so I have a bit of a tolerance. For me this didn't really have much of an effect, but it worked well for my daughter & her friend who had never tried it before. They said it elevated their mood & gave them a bit of energy. The taste isn't terrible & dissipates quickly with a glass of water, didn't bother either of the girls. either.
