The media could not be loaded. For £30 ish you get a little portable child friendly story projector. Take the time to set it up properly and focus the lens so it can project onto your chosen surface, then select a language either French or English. Then it tells you the story. My daughter is very hard to get to sleep (age 2) and she fell asleep to this in minutes. I think it’s a fantastic product for the money. Could be better in terms of its speakers sound quality, but the improvement moving to rechargeable instead of batteries is brilliant! And the stories are great. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to friends and family.(for context to the video - I projected it onto a white radiator in my daughters room to film the video from Princess and the frog).

This is such a cute device and such a great idea.What I love about it is that it's an audio and visual bedtime experience for little children. It's very well designed and perfect for little hands to operate. The story runs on a loop, which is great as it does a great job of getting the little ones to sleep pretty quickly.Another bonus is that it comes with its own cinema screen in the bottom of the box, so it can be used during the daytime too.For the price it's pretty good. I however would have paid a little extra for better sound and for a rechargeable device.Also worth noting that the projection is only as good as the surface it's projected on. It would benefit used with a projection screen to get the best picture out of it, but I don't think the little person would care too much about thatGreat device, can't wait to see what the manufacturer comes up with nextOnly negative is that some of the slides have dirt streaks on them and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to clean them.Update Jan 2024. initially the item did not work. it turned out to be incompatible batteries. once batteries were changed the item worked as described. perfect for bedtime stories.

Great idea for kids with a fear of the dark.

This is a fabulous little toy for little ones. It comes with a number of stories so toddlers don’t get bored but most important of all, my toddler falls asleep listening to and watching the slides from the story. Perfect product!

Absolutely the loveliest present ever. It does work perfectly fine. I was slightly worried as reviews were mixed however it takes just a little time to adjust read manual to enjoy it to the fullest. Great present for 3 year old. Creates this peaceful screen free time before bed. Additional bonus - you can choose a language - Frencj or English.

Bought for our son's birthday. Have opened it to test before the day comes but it won't load. It says it's loading each disc but then we can be sitting there for over an hour waiting for it to load before we give up and turn it off. Until we are given better instructions on how to get it to work quicker my review is not to waste your money! Think I'm going to have to look for another brand of story projector as my son loves stories so thought this would be perfect, guess not
