PQQ is a good supplement. But by the nature of these supplements, it’s hard to tell whether a particular supplier’s product is a good one unless you’ve tried them for a few months. One aspect by which we judge whether a product is good is the price. I bought this product three months ago when the price was good. Since the price has almost doubled so I would say it is no longer good in that sense. Whether it is a good supplement remains to be seen, but so far the indications are that it seems to be a good supplement and works well.

Necessary to take daily to support heart and brain

Before getting these I had no idea what PQQ was, but as I do suffer from tiredness and some brain fog I thought I'd give them a try (after reading up on what PQQ is). First a little disclaimer - I didn't take these daily as recommended. Ironically, I often forgot to take them. The 30 day supply lasted me around 40 days. I'm not sure how important that is for the affect. During the 40ish days I was taking these tablets (which are very easy to swallow and have no taste to mention) it's hard to tell if there was any actual affect on me. There did appear to be an improvement in the brain fog area (and I did have a bad fog day around a week after finishing the tablets) but I'm not sure if that was also due to me getting out in the fresh air for some walks now that the weather is getting a bit better. No negatives to taking these, but I'm just not sure if there were any positives either - hence the middle of the road rating. Maybe my tiredness and brain fog is caused by something else that PQQ doesn't target. I'd say they are worth a try though as they may just work for you.
