Great quality weighted vest, small in size easy to wear finally one that you can actually move around in.

I have the 30lb one and after walking five miles up and down hills I'm sweating something mean. I don't think everyone needs the largest one, but once you put this on and start your workout, you will know that you it has made things delightfully tougher.

This vest is fantastic. I wear it walking around the house, working out, casual outdoor walks and etc. I love the feel and the weight of the vest. I purchased the 30LBs vest. The pockets on the vest are convenient and the vest looks pleasing to the eye.

Great vest, but the 30 pounds of sand is heavy as hell. But push through anyway, it’s definitely effective.
