Started taking these capsules in the morning before work. Noticed much better focus and less brain fog after a few days. Memory seems to be improved. Capsules are easy to swallow. Used them during a busy week and felt more productive. Excellent value for the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Would recommend and purchase more.

I have been taking these for about two weeks and have been less foggy and feel like i have been less tired. They are not the best to swallow, they would be a lot better as a gummy. They are good value for money and you get a fir amount for the price.

I'm not sure how much these help. I have been taking them for a week and whilst I seem to be productive, I'm not sure if it is any more than I usually am. However, I can safely say that they have no side effects whatsoever. The results will vary from person to person and I suspect that some people will find these very helpful.

My only real gripe is the HDPE plastic bottle. It's a bit of a shame they didn't opt for something more eco-friendly, like a biodegradable container as that would have been a smarter choice.
