Hi, Under the cover there is a flame resistant fabric that contains an encapsulated fiberglass yarn. It is completely encapsulated and is not exposed to the outside or the sleeper in anyway. - Customer Care @ FXI

Q: One of the options when ordering this is that someone will pick up my old mattress and set this up. Who is going to pick up old mattress?

I don’t know who picks up old one.. I’d contact customer service and ask. We got rid of ours ourself…as far as as setting up this mattress isn’t heavy just big .. we have a king size. Two people and your fine.
