All the details provided here is true. The best feature I liked in this powerbank is that you can keep the powerbank on charging and you can charge your phone with connecting the wire in powerbank. In this situation the powerbank gets charged and even your phone too. The quality of the powerbank is too good, speed charging, looks great, value for money and weight is normal

At first I wasn't really sure about which power bank I should buy & I decided to give this one a chance. And I would say that this is a great option, if you are looking for power bank. It has a great battery life of 20000 mAh or 74Wh. Following are some of the features of this power bank: Input: 80W (max.) Output: USB C1 - 65W (max.): USB C2 & USB A both have an output of 20W (max.). The battery life is pretty great. I bought this, as I had to travel for a considerable amount of time and I also need it for my daily use. I have two mobile phones and a pair of earbuds which I use all the time, and I never had any problem so far. It has three USB Ports, which all work the way they have been described as. Also, if you want 65W of output from the USB C1 port, then you shouldn't use any other ports. It performs really well, no complain regarding that. Although, sometimes I feel that the main output (65W) should have been a bit faster, because sometimes it doesn't feel like 65W. If you are someone like me who has a 65W charger, then you'd notice the difference. Still, I would say it feels more like 55-60W. That's the reason I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but we can't do that, so I gave 4 stars. If I were to talk about its weight, then considering its capacity, I would say it's more on the lighter side. It's barely half a kilogram (500g), so in my opinion, I won't say it weighs too much. It's also quite compact & portable, and it easily houses in my fanny pack. It's not too big to carry with you in your fanny pack, or even in the standard-sized pockets. It also comes with a cable. Although, I am not very sure about the capacity of the cable, as I already had a 65W cable & never used the one which came with the power bank. Overall, I would say it's quite a worthful purchase. I liked it, it's been almost 6 months since I am using it, and so far I have no complains except for the charging speed, which sometimes feels lesser than 65W. Still, I would say that it fulfills the requirement, and it is quite portable as well, so it's convenient to carry it. You can consider this power bank, if you travel frequently or for significant time, or if you are someone who is looking for high speed power banks.

Update: The reason it behaved this way was because of one dead cell. Although I reported it within a couple of months(warranty is only for 6 months btw), the actual issue was found out outside the warranty period, and I had to pay 800 for repair and shipping costs since I do not live in Delhi, where apparently their one and only repair center is. Even after this, my laptop does not charge using the faster 65W port but only with the slower 15/20W port. Other devices work fine, and the power backup is also good. I would strongly suggest looking for other good options like Anker or Ugreen. You spend a little more, but at least you get a quality product with peace of mind. I am using a Ugreen Nexode 130W 20k mAh powerbank, and it never disappoints, even after more than 100 cycles. So I bought this on 21.07.24, a few months later, when plugged into my laptop, it sucks the battery out of the laptop and charges itself. When plugged into my phone, it refuses to charge it, and for some reason, even without using it, it's discharging itself. I have raised a complaint with Ambrane, but if there's no help sent, I will have to go to the consumer forum to get a better product or a refund. Please do not buy this product as it is a hit or miss.

I bought it on Oct, 2024 and it's working until now without any issues. I used it sparingly though, maybe 50 full drains during my usage...

In Amazon purchased one laptop power bank now the issue is that not working, now when I am using in laptop it's not working. Any they are telling that there is policy to return. And need to contact branded company.Very worst in Amazon

Works with your hp office laptop, u need to connect to c port (power connector) provided beside to charge port, I can work easily 6 -7 hours continuously on one charge .. it can charge mobile also for 3 times , much helpful in power cut, travelling and WFH times

The product is nice but one problem is it doesn't charge my tab on 45w speed it only charges it on 25w so if ur going to buy this for ur phone to charge it with its full 65w speed it will only charge it on 25w speed. One more thing is that the cable with powerbank is not of good quality, after using it for few days it's cable braiding is coming out. It's somewhat heavy and it's not so portable so if u want a portable device then don't buy this but if u want a big capacity then u should buy this. Thank youu!

Product is not good. Battery backup is very bad, it charge android phone only one Times. Total waste of money
