Hand Grip Exerciser Strengthener, Finger Exerciser Ball and Hand Exercisers for Strength,Therapy Ball for Hand Cramps and Recovery

After suffering a wrist/finger injury I've been experiencing stiffness & pain in some joints. I've been looking around for a stress ball or something similar, but they've all been too firm. This is ideal though, the finger slots, size & softness seem to be giving a lot of relief. The soft material is a bonus as it's a lot nicer to feel than the usual plastic or rubber these things are made of.

Fantastic for arthritics. Soft & squishy. Easy to put your fingers through. You can either squish or roll on a table for fingers, wrists and hands. Lovely shade of blue great quality. Effective without hurting. I’m not old!

Soft enough for my elderly parent to squeeze but it is a little large to fit in his hand for his comfort - this is a personal preference though.

My son uses this as a form as his therapy. He uses this in his right hand which is effected by his cerebral palsy. Occupational therapist loves the fact we uses it. Gets him opening his hand up and putting his fingers through the loops. This enables him to use muscles that are often tight. He is able to squeeze, so he doesn’t feel he’s unable to do the task. Great colours and the fabric is so soft. I love this little product and so does my son.

I got this for mum who has arthritis in her fingers. Even she found it easy to press down into it, so whilst it is a pleasant feeling, I doubt it will be very effective for her. Still, it won't put her off using it to exercise like one if those 'medical' hard type grippers.

Excellent bit of kit, nice bright colour and lovely softy exterior. Decent-sized item, with pleasing finger holes. Fair degree of squeezability, perfect for broken wrist recovery.

Sooo Important in my Shoulder Sugery Recovery!! Because it has Finger Holds...It Reminded Me to Do my excercises All the time!!! Which Rapidly Improved my recovery!! Highly Recommend!!!

I got this to help strengthen my hand after surgery. I am still using it months later to keep my hands strong. It's soft and easy to use, but it is effective. A good purchase for the money.
