Absolutely love the dates!! They are so fresh and not dried out. The smell is intoxicating when you open the box. The quality is the best I have found yet. They are so easy to make low fat, low sugar deserts . I havent baked with them but I am sure that is not a problem. The texture is so smooth and chewy and makes your mouth water!

I want to start by saying this brand is the best dates I've ever had. I usually order the 4# package and they are excellent. they were out so ordered the 5# and have ended up keeping them for 6 months. upon opening the box( end of June) I found the bag not properly sealed, full of air, the dates had turned to mush and fermented. These dates were not in the usual white box, but the old red California box I usually see in the grocery store. I consume at least a 4#bag every month and love these dates. but on a retirement income, this is a real blow. I have received 2 other 5# boxes and these are properly vaccumn sealed and in the box shown in the adds. I hope the company has fixed this problem,would reach out to them if I knew how.

I have been eating dates longer than my adult life as my parents brought me to Egypt Morocco Algeria Tunisia when I was let's just say 40 years ago when I was still kid. Yes we did get a camel through the Sahara desert for like an hour to half an hour I stepped on the back of a camel and the bedroom or the whoever that was maybe not shared that beduins cross the desert on back of camels with two items in there sustenance only: water from their mesh bag on their back, and dates as stated in my childhood date provide the entire nutritional guidance for survival together with water as stated at that moment you're not need anything else or at least beduins crossing the desert on the back of a camel don't need anything else. Seriously I'm already regretting not purchasing the next batch 😮 I will that because this product is spectacular!!!
