I have only used this pillow two nights and it has already helped my neck and shoulders so much! It’s firm, but soft. It’s adjustable and offers so much support and comfort. My husband says that I no longer snore. I highly recommend it and would definitely purchase it again.

Has really helped my back, shoulder and neck pain. I have suffered for a long time and my PT assistant suggested this. I tried it and so glad I did. It’s not perfect, but it’s a huge improvement over a standard pillow and gives better support where needed. There are three inserts and you can remove one to adjust right height. I removed the middle one and sleep in the lower part of the pillow. It’s helped. There is also a travel size available for purchase that I can fit into my suitcase of traveling.

Try it! This is the 4th pillow of this style I’ve tried, and it delivers where the others failed. I have a completely straight neck from whiplash, and this brings major relief. It would be 5 stars, but I’m petite, so it’s a little large for my small shoulder-to-head ratio. Still highly recommend!

Best purchase I made this year! Love this pillow! I felt the difference after the first night I used it. It is pricey but worth it. I finally wake up with full motion in my neck without any strain or kinks. I also purchased a silver lined pillowcase which just adds to the comfort

Actually, I didn't care for this pillow, at first, but my husband loves it-says it's perfect. He has a short neck and weighs in around 275 lbs. I have a long neck and am a lovely 132 lbs. I had a heck of a time opening the box, this pillow was in. The only thing that happened was the string came loose from the card board. I kept trying to tug on it to get it to finish opening the box-to no avail. I'm standing on my head trying to get this darn thing open. NO go. Finally, I took the scissors to it. Walla. Box opened. Now I'm tugging on the pillow trying to get it out of the box. Again, this took some real strength. It is not for the faint hearted, i can tell ya. Then it's wrapped in a thick plastic. Here we go again. No pulling or tugging was going to get it out of that. Finally, I took the, included, cutter to that. Wa Hoo. The pillow is FREE! I sat it on my chair waiting for the magic to happen. It sat there like a flat, uncoiled snake. Apparently, it needed some gentle patting to get it going. Ahh. Now something is happening. I watched it start to take form. Ok. A few more times, walk by, check it's progress, pat it some more. It took, at least, another couple of hours to fill it's case. Hey. This is beginning to look more like a pillow. I picked it up and could not believe how light it is. Not an airy light, but much more light than most of this kind I've bought. I tried it, first, without removing the inside extra foam. No go. The higher side bothered my throat and the lower side was still too high. My first test, with any pillow is, whether my ear hurts. It did. So OK. Let's try the lower side. Again. No go. OK. Instructions said to remove the case and take out the middle foam, if it was too high with it in. So I proceed to follow the, included instructions. Here we go again. I'm tussling with this foam trying to get it out of the case without tearing it. It takes super special care not to do that. I, finally, get it out, take out the middle foam and guess what? I'm still not happy with it. Oh boy. Now I have to get this put back together the way it is supposed to be. Yeah. Right. Not an easy chore. But I succeed by putting one end on first, then the other end. My thought was to send this back. The next day, I noticed that it was rebounding better. But, I didn't get to try it out. After I told hubby I was sending it back, He asked, "Why not let me try it." I said sure. His experience was nothing like mine. He really likes it and has slept better than he has for months. He had been using the one with the gel in the middle, which, from what I understand, is too firm and gets hot. This pillow does not get hot. As far as I'm concerned, Daddy's happy, everybody's happy. (Well, I am, of course.)

Pros: the foam is comfortable and firm. Seems like high quality. I like the stability of the thickness—doesn’t change through the night. Cons: the pillow does not stay flat for me, it rolls up like a hot dog bun. This is annoying but doesn’t seem to effect my sleep. But, it does cause the pillow to seem to move towards the headboard. My usage: I removed the middle layer to adjust the thickness. I am a back and side sleeper and use a full face CPAP mask. I don’t have any problems lying on my side, don’t feel like I am “sinking” into the fill with this pillow. Rating: I deducted two stars based on the annoying rolling effect described above.

I needed a good firm pillow for neck support because I always sleep on my side. I had been sleeping on a My Pillow for many years and I love it and recommend it, but felt I needed something firmer and that didn't shift while sleeping. This is a good replacement. It's very large (my pillow barely fits it), has the perfect firmness for a memory foam pillow, and I like that's adjustable. It has a bump on one side and a larger one on the other for whichever is most comfortable for you. It's not lightweight, but it's not cumbersome. I'm glad I bought it. I really needed it, and can tell a difference in my neck stiffness being better now.

I'm really pleased with this travel-sized pillow! Thought the memory foam would be too soft and squish down flat when I lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper), but that hasn't been the case at all. The foam is soft and very comfortable for my face & head; it does give a bit so it's not at all too rigid, but still holds my head up well and cradles my neck comfortably, too. I've had neck pain when sleeping ever since a hit-and-run car collision a few years ago; this is the first pillow that keeps its shape on the sides so that it completely cushions my head and neck in the correct straight angle, not flattening out with the weight of my head the way too many memory foam pillows do. I bought the travel size pillow for taking with me everywhere we travel rather than hauling about my regular-size pillow. And guess what: Now I use this travel pillow at home, too! Because I *love* that it's only 15 1/2 " inches long. With regular size contoured pillows (23"x14") I'm always shoving it over to lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper) when I turn over from one shoulder to the other as I sleep. I have to scoot over a foot or two to get to the other edge of that regular-sized contoured pillow. This one is so short that it can stay put as I turn onto the other shoulder. It's fabulous! Also: This pillow came in 3 layers, trimmed so that each layer is nestled together and will never slip as it might if they were 3 straight-cut layers. I've kept that inner layer in so that the pillow is at its maximum height of nearly 5" on the larger wedge, which when it sinks in just a bit is perfect support for my neck. I bought some travel-size pillow cases too (12"x16"), but found out quickly that there's no way this pillow fits in that small size case even though the pillow is approximately 11"x15". Those true "travel size" cases are for *flat* pillows with little depth to them. Since this contoured pillow adds it nearly 5" in depth, I just bought "toddler-size" pillow cases (13"x18"), so hopefully it'll be big enough for the extra depth of this fabulous pillow. I'll update this review for the toddler pillow cases when they arrive.

One of the best pillows I've ever bought! I have nick pain as I work for 8 hours before my PC. I also have slipped nick disk and when I bought this I didn't like it for the 1st night then, I removed one layer and here you go! Very comfortable Its been a week now since I bought and I do recommend trying it

The item I received is definitely not UTTU and does not match the description. Height is not adjustable, and foam has a strong smell to it.
