Very sturdy, it holds my iPhone 16 pro max very well. It was so easy to install to my night stand. Flexible enough for any position I need. Functions as it should and moves easily but when you turn the nob it stays put. Super helpful especially for aspiring authors.

Title sums it up but to expand on the build quality - I've been using this to scan trading cards with my phone. The arm is solid and doesn't wiggle. When you need to adjust position you can just move the phone and the arm gives way perfectly for the move and stays where you put it. As far as positioning goes it's got a good reach of about 2'. It hasn't gotten in my way at all so slipping cards in and out of the camera view has been easy. The arm slips into the clamp easily and I haven't tightened it into the clamp at all. This allows me to pull the arm off my desk without having to unscrew anything. Very convenient. The post for the arm/clamp connection is about 1.5" long and 1'2" in diameter. Plenty strong for my iPhone 13 pro. The arm doesn't sag when you put your phone in. The only downside is on me for not thinking through how I'd be using this. I need to see my phone screen while using this so I had to get a little creative and not put my phone in all the way. Hard to explain but it was being held at the top and the bottom was hanging past the base of the clamp and this thing held fine. The phone clamp is VERY tight and releases with a click. I was using an iPhone 13 Pro so should be safe for most phones, I think mine is on the larger side and I didn't even use the expandable bottom grip. The clamp in the video does have a bottom soft clamp. It fell off before I recorded =). It screwed right back on. My bad.

Smaller than expected, but the arm is pretty sturdy. Am using this as a "camera" mount in my work room with an old phone. It holds an LG V20 in a battery case without any drooping and my Samsung S24 Ultra doesn't make it budge. That's not to say at an extreme angle it won't droop some, but it is overall pretty decent. The only fail, I guess, is the grip that holds it to a table, frame, etc....It is very difficult to get the arm tightened in enough that it doesn't randomly SPIN downward with the weight of the phone and arm. It is a shame, really, because this is otherwise perfect for what I need. My solution was to wrap the little bar nub with some duct tape to create a more snug fit. Keep that in mind...

I have had those for a while now and could say that it’s really good for your money. The assembly is fast with the instructions being quite clear. It works well both on a desk and on the bed with me primarily liking it on the desk since it’s easier to use while sitting down. The flexibility and adjustment it has is quite impressive with you having so much to choose from and once you tighten the knobs on the side it’s incredibly sturdy. It’s also really good for storage with it being able to be completely folded up for when you want to remove it for the moment or if you need more space. It provides good comfort for both sitting and laying down since it provides good adjustable points and sturdiness that makes you feel confident that it won’t fall at any moment. Overall if your looking for a phone holder that you can adjust and is both affordable and good quality this is perfect.

Hello my fellow Amazon users! I ordered this holder for my phone on 20 October 2024 and it was promptly delivered on 23 October 2024. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the phone holder and the way it worked, the mechanics of it all! The couple of items that I needed to assemble were easy to put together using the included instructions, and I had my new phone holder up and going in only a couple of minutes. Literally! Shortly before Thanksgiving, while putting my cell phone into the cradle, I squeezed the clamps that hold the phone securely in place a bit too hard, causing the right clamp to snap and break off. I honestly didn't know I was being that aggressive with it, but when I thought back I remembered that you don't have to squeeze the two clamps together very hard for them to do their job! I was saddened by my poor judgement and reasoning behind me squeezing the clamps together so hard that I broke one, when there was no reason whatsoever to do so. I just wanted to make sure my phone was securely in place and got overly paranoid about it falling out of the cradle, for no reason whatsoever. I got busy with Thanksgiving Holiday preparations and the phone charger incident became a memory until family members wanted to do a video chat call to catch up before the Holiday. That's when I remembered what I did to the phone holder and that it was no longer usable. I figured the time to talk to someone to find out my options, if any, had passed since the Amazon window/deadline for returns had passed on 22 November 2024 and it was now 23 November 2024. But I took a shot and sent LISEN an email using the "Get product support" tab, located right next to the item on the "Your Orders" page on my Amazon account. (The "Get product support" tab was a bold and bright yellow color, which makes finding it incredible easy!) I sent an email to LISEN customer service on a Saturday, so it was Monday, 25 November 2024 at 1:00 am when I received a reply. In the email from LISEN Global Customer Support Team to me, team member, Leo, started out by stating how much he appreciated taking the time to write to them and how sorry he was that I wasn't "completely satisfied" with their product I received. Also stating that he would like to help me and requested I take pictures of what happened and send them to him so he could share them with their quality control department at LISEN. He then stated that LISEN wants me to have a great experience with their products and that he would be happy to offer me a replacement! All I had to do was email him back what I wanted them to do and he would see that my request would be quickly taken care of! With Thanksgiving the next day, and with all the cooking, eating, family, more eating, chatting and reminiscing, and even more eating, I was unable to respond to Leo until 5 December 2024 at 1:47 pm. I attached the 2 pictures I took of the broken clamp, asked if a replacement unit was still an option, and gave my mailing address just in case. I received a prompt reply on 6 December 2024 at 1:54 am, which Leo stated a replacement unit has been ordered for me and it is currently on the way to me, included the Order ID number, and informed me the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days! The process of contacting their customer service for my issue was easy, the promptness of their replies was lightening fast, and the ease of completing the few things requested of me was unbelievably simple and took very little of my time, all to make sure that any future products would be better than the ones before and to let me know they want me to be happy and have a great experience with their products. Because of how professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, courteous, and helpful Leo at LISEN Global Customer Support Team has been during the entire process, and the undeniable fact that LISEN ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND HAVE TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've given this a 5-Star Rating, and I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY TO DO SO! You will be hard-pressed to find a better company, who stands behind their products 100%, with a better customer service support team than LISEN!
