The pickle is delicious and authentic. Mid level spicy with lots of garlic. The packaging was also very good. However, I removed two stars for the amount of prawns in it. My order had 6 prawns in the pickle jar. For the price this was quite insufficient.

I ordered my second pack from them and tastes really good unlike the ones that are heavily salted. Reminds me of home :)

If you want to try pickles without any preservatives then these are the best. A complete Homemade receipe made with good quality meat. I tried at my friend’s place and became a fan.

I recently ordered all 3 pickles and they taste amazing and fresh unlike the store bough pickles that have been packaged for years. Highly recommend to everyone!

I know what good Indian prawn pickles taste like and have enjoyed them in the past. This pickle tastes like old leather with a bitter aftertaste that one cannot get rid of easily. It is packed in way too much oil and is made up of dried prawns that are hard and chewy. There is hardly any flavor from the spices that are used and if you try eating it with regular rice and any curry, you'll spoil the taste of whatever you're eating it with. A good Indian pickle complements the food you're eating it with - there should be some heat (in this case there is none) and the flavors should be something you look forward to. This pickle is so bad, I threw it in the garbage after trying it just once - ditto for two other friends who were also trying it with me. The aftertaste is really bothersome and am not sure what is causing it. So there - please buy something else and not this pickle.
