These are lightweight and very comfortable to wear all day and for walking. This is my second pair of this lace up shoe (and I also have slip ons) as I like them so much. I wore out the treads on my first pair after about 1.5 years of occasional wear (the soles are quite soft so these will NOT last forever). I had bought some "walking shoes" with softer soles from another "name brand" company that were just slightly heavier then these, but found they made my calves hurt when walking distances (with a 17.5lbs weighted vest). So I got a new pair of the Allbirds and am happily going out on 4-5 miles walks, without the leg pain I was experiencing.

Great shoe! Very comfy. And great price! These were a bday gift for my husband. They don’t come in half sizes. He wears a 9.5. I ordered a 10 and they fit him great!

Super comfortable and very lightweight shoe. I took these on a 6 week trip where all I had was a carry-on bag. These were my "nice" shoes for dinners, etc., and ended up being one of my favorite pairs of shoes overall.

1 and a half month of using them they were already worn out in this time period and I actually bought three pairs of them they were very comfortable in the starting but they are not everyday use . The original color was black and after washing them they turned red

Love these. I am used to being barefoot, but can't do that at work. So I opted for lightweight footwear. I wore these the whole day without issues. Another reviewer mentioned the back rubbing your Achilles. It does this on my right foot, but it's just a matter of my Achilles getting used to it. Should take a couple of days.

The material used for the upper part of the shoes has been downgraded. In the older model with the same brand and size, the upper was tightly knitted and thicker, providing a sturdy feel. In contrast, the current model feels loose and flimsy, as if it might break more easily.

The shoes I ordered just arrived today. Wow! these are super comfortable. They look and feel great. Can’t wait to wear these in the summer. Extremely light, good for traveling in warm climates, but I wouldn’t wanna wear these if it was going to rain or was cold out. They’re awesome for just walking around the house no matter what the weather outside and in warmer weather running errands. Make sure you order a size up.
