I m not a doctor so won't recommend.
Falls you sleep but bit hang over is there. May be it for me. Sleep interruption is there even then it takes time fall sleep again.

Tastes good but...
I have used this product thrice till now, earlier the product was good and I slept within 30 mins after taking the gummy. However, the recent batch that I ordered, I can clearly feel its effectiveness has reduced, I am of course not addicted to these gummies but company may have compromised the product quality. Don't do this please!🙏🏻
