Bought this for a backdrop for indoor craft shows. Worked perfectly well! Arrived with a few small scratches on the feet pieces, but that doesn’t bother me since I have tables in front of it. I only extended to 8ft, and it held my blackout curtains fairly sturdily. Could see it being a bit weaker if extended to the full size. Definitely would need extra support or weights if using outside. Easy to assemble and take apart with one person. No issues with assembly, disassembly or parts stripping like mentioned in other reviews. Came with simple ikea-like instructions, and the carrying case that fits everything well. For me, no issues and very worth it for the money.

I have my backdrop hanging to get creases out. It isn’t super sturdy but I’m going to add weights at the bottom. I actually have another backdrop on the other side as well. Great deal for the price! I love that the feet don’t stick out!

We love everything about this stand! Easy to assemble, the height adjustment make a big different and very stable. Came with a bag that it can be stored in which I love, I did not have to come up with some storage for it myself.

I bought 2 8x8 stands from this listing and 3 8x10 directly from the manufacturer. Other than the fact that the feet spin when you move them, so you need to be sure it is facing the right way when you put it down, I didn't seem to have any problems with the 8x10 ones I bought direct, though they still aren't terribly sturdy and I will probably try to rig some PVC supports if we use them again. The 2 8x8 ones that I bought from this listing never assembled right. The connectors for the bottom and top poles did not screw in sufficiently to hold it together (and the other 3 assembled ok so I know what I'm doing). Two of the plastic connector things were snapped in half and the ones that weren't didn't fit together correctly I ended up duct taping them together just so we could use them. Unfortunately by the time we used them we were outside the return period so we're stuck with stands we can't use.

This stand is sturdy and well made. The bag holds the stand and my step and repeat banner. I wish it went together a little faster, but it stayed up under repeated shoves and bumps and that matters more to me. Very easy to adjust size.

Ordered the 8x8 model to display a 6’ x 3’ 3” banner at events like flea markets, gun shows, etc. I expect it to be set up, used for a day or two, then taken down a lot. It’s not the most robust equipment, but it should last a while if stored, transported, and assembled with care. Other reviewers noted that the poles bent easily. It is true, they are a rather thin gauge metal, but with care they shouldn’t be problem. And, thicker gauge metal would be heaver to tote around. Since I’ll be setting it up and taking it down frequently, my only real complaint is how the parts are assembled. A countersunk screw goes through the bottom of each base and into the bottom of the vertical bars. To disassemble, those screws need to be completely removed, and not lost until the next use. Similarly, the horizontal bars connect to the vertical using removable screws, though these have a plastic knob attached you use to tighten or loosen them, making the process tool-less. Those four screws also need to be kept somewhere safe so they won’t get lost. I initially thought about just putting the screws (for both the horizontals and the bases) back in their respective holes after disassembly, but it seems like that’s just asking to whack one against something and bend screw hole mounts. Those are metal plates welded inside the ends of the tubes, with a drilled and tapped screw hole. They are recessed in the bars a bit, and thus protected from damage, but with a screw inserted and sticking out of the end of the bar, it seems like too much risk of damaging the mounting plate. If they came up with some quick-release mechanism that would eliminate the screws, I’d give them another star. One other point: this would be fine for indoor venues, as the bases are heavy enough to support the frame, with no wind. Depending to the size of the banner you are displaying, I would imagine it would have trouble staying upright in a strong breeze.

Easy to assemble and a great product. Currently I am using it as a wall divider panel it is great it is alot better quality than the wall dividers that I have been looking at. But this was a better choice better price and product and I am able to use it for the original purpose as well photo backdrop. It is a little heavy to carry in the carry bag but that is not a problem since it is just shows the quality.
