Relatively easy to install if you have a bit of experience with trim panels in cars. Camera seems to work well in all conditions and produces very high quality images. Hopefully I will never need them for legal reason, but I feel confident if I did, they would serve me well.

I like it, it's small and has a front and rear camera.

Not sure what to say. It was easy to install. Not sure if I’ll keep it. The operating instructions are terrible and web support from company the same terrible users manual. After several hours of trial and error it is set up and recording. The play back options on the camera are totally unusable. That leads me to the App The cameras WiFi connects to the phone after much effort but from there the navigation in the App is impossible to use. The user manual is a joke for any help. What You Tube Videos that I can find only deal with installation in the car. I can’t find any that deal with using the App. The user manual shows an application menu but I’ve found no way to get to this screen. If I am ever able to get to this screen menu I might find it usable But if not it’s going back. I’m very disappointed at this point.

Been using nextbase cameras for years. They are good quality, but have a lot of technical issues including turning off while driving, shows recording, but the timer stops which means it stopped recording and is frozen and has to be taken off and reset button. Reason for low stars is because of these issues and since I bought a replacement (this purchase) it no longer has the same connections and is a piece of plastic feeling. I literally had to uninstall the entire old setup to use this one. Not cool. Also, the rear camera on these will shut off recording from time to time. Definitely disappointed in next base and now looking for new company. In addition, next base offers it's 911 service if it detects you got in an accident. This feature even if you pay for it, only works within the UK regions.

Product is great and like new considering it is used, but didnt came with neoprene case and 32gb sd card as indicated on the $119 price. Nonetheless great product

despite iffy customer support, the camera kit arrived to replace the unit that's warranty wasn't honoured from Nextbase. The battery tested adiquately , they arnt hard to replace anyway . BTW SanDisk max endurance 256gb cards work in these ... battery low alert after 1 day despite hardwired in ...still junk , destroyed

Returned it. It seemed to be good but I am looking for an upgrade so returned it

Well I received this used dash cam although I paid for a brand new dash cam. Only out of necessity I am going to install it. Here’s hoping it works.
