Where has this heating pad been all my life? It's amazing! I have a full spinal fusion (T-4 thru Pelvis), and this large (and long) heating pad treats my entire back at the same time! The heating pad is made of a very soft microfiber material, that is washable. The electric cord hooks up very securely to the pad, and cannot be pulled from the pad very easily. This pad can get very hot (hurrah!). The 1-6 heat levels are perfect, #4 is plenty hot for me. #5 and #6 are very hot and I can't stand them for very long. Finally, a heating pad that heats up! My last couple of Drugstore heating pads were very small, and they didn't heat up very well. This heating pad rules them all, and it has exceeded my expectations by a long shot!

It's an absolutely wonderful, super soft luxurious heating pad. It's washable which is rare. It's thinner a lot thinner than I thought, but it is so effective and I lay it from the bottom of my head pillow lengthwise and turn it on before I go to bed while I'm doing other things and it totally warms up the bed. Then when I lay down it takes the stress right out of my body's and the top sheet that absorb the heat while it was preheating. Text me in and I am out like a light sleeping like a baby relaxing from a stressful day. It's fabulous.

Oversize of product helps to reduce back pain better than a standard size does. Pad is very soft and controls are simple.

Bought 2 of these heating pads 2 years ago. One stopped working. They have a 5 year warranty and the seller is not honoring it. After multiple attempts to provide all my information they responded to me that they couldn't verify my purchase.I won't purchase from them again.

I absolutely love everything about this heating pad. It's made beautifully with one side being very soft, and the warmth it puts out is amazing. I've been dealing with terrible chronic pain in my lower back and down through my hip and leg. This is big enough to cover it all, I use it laying down and in my recliner. Just be careful because it gets REALLY warm if you use the max setting. I just had surgery for my issue and this heating pad was an absolute life saver before surgery! Now I use it to warm up my bed before I get in LOL, I love it!
