Makes great homemade chocolate.
I’m using this for homemade vegan chocolate. The consistency is superb and the cacao butter smells wonderful!!It allows me to make a whole range of vegan chocolate types at a much lower cost than commercially available.

Delicious.
I follow a paleo-ish, low oxalate diet. So dark chocolate is out. So is sugar.I use this to make white chocolate-style treats - melted with raw coconut nectar (reviewed there), xylitol or raw honey, mixed with coconut flesh, dried cherries or blueberries, poured onto non-stick paper and broken into pieces or shaped into proper pralines in silicone moulds.... all very tasty. The finished product has a low melting point so has to be kept in the fridge.Cocoa butter is also a brilliant skin moisturizer, just a bit time consuming to melt and apply. One way around that is to drop a small piece in the bath, it leaves skin (and bathtub!) with a light film of butter.

Lovely smell. The butter lasts nearly forever
My 1 kg bag of this cacao butter is completely used up so I had to get more. I use it for making chocolates, making vegan white chocolate, adding it to shop-bought chocolate and the like. When I need just a tiny bit I grab my potato peeler and peel the big lump... Advantage: it melts very fast. You just need to remember that 35° - 37° is sufficient.

Good product
Used this to make a very healthy Tiffin recipe from the Happy Pear recipe book. It smells divine and works well. It’s a lotmore expensive than using dark chocolate, but combined with the cacao powder in the recipe, I like to think it’s a healthier treat. The cocoa butter (and the tiffin) keeps for ages, so good to have in. Buying a bigger packet is more economical.

Wonderful and aromatic!
You can't beat Indigo Herbs! This is a consistently lovely quality cacao butter, the smell is just amazing. It needs to be warmed (much like coconut oil or mana) if you want to use it to make raw chocolate, but the smell which fills the house whilst you are warming it is blissful! I like this very much with lucuma powder and cashew nuts blitzed up and then poured over a nice selection of dried fruit (especially goji berries!) and set to make an amazing raw white chocolate fruit an nut.
